11-11-17 | Bristol Rovers v. Scunthorpe United -110 | 0-1 | Win | 100 | 3 h 23 m | Show
I am going with Scunthorpe to get the win today. Bristol Rovers have lost six of their eight away games and four of their last five and they never scored a single goal in those four losses. They did win 60 in a freak away result but that was a one-off, their other away results tell you how poor they are away from home. Scunthorpe is already five points clear of Bristol Rovers and are in a promotion playoff spot and while it is still very early in the season they are going the right way. All things considered a home win for me. |
11-11-17 | Grimsby Town v. Exeter City OVER 2.5 | 0-2 | Loss | -125 | 3 h 18 m | Show
This game has over 2.5 goals written all over it. Four of the last five games that Exeter have played at home in the league have ended over 2.5 goals, that is a whopping 80%. Grimsby away in the league is even better, they have had over 2.5 goals in six of their eight away games this season, that is a clear pattern. If either team was playing against a team that was miserly with goals then I would hesitate but when you have two teams with these sorts of records then it is a must back situation. Take over 2.5 goals. |
11-11-17 | Yeovil Town v. Carlisle United OVER 2.5 | 0-4 | Win | 100 | 3 h 12 m | Show
Both these sides have been playing in a lot of games recently that have featured goals, as an example, the last five games that Carlisle have played in all competitions have had at least 3 goals in four of them. But that is not the only reason I am going with over 2.5 goals. The last six meetings between these two since 2015 have seen at least 3 goals in 50% of those games, all at Carlisle, where this game is being played. Considering both teams regularly feature games with goals and that the last three games between these two at Carlisle have been over 2.5 goals then that has to be the pick. Take over 2.5 goals. |
11-11-17 | Notts County v. Stevenage FC OVER 2.5 | 1-1 | Loss | -115 | 3 h 7 m | Show
This game screams over 2.5 goals. The last six games played by Stevenage in all competitions have had at least 3 goals in them, one had 8 goals, this is a team that when it plays the goals flow. Notts County are not much different, their last four games in all competitions have had at least 3 games in them as well. Botton line is this, we have two teams that at this moment in time are ether scoring a load of goals or conceding them and unless one of them all of a sudden sees a dramatic change then the goals will flow today. Take over 2.5 goals. |
11-11-17 | Fleetwood Town v. Milton Keynes Dons OVER 2 | 0-1 | Loss | -150 | 3 h 2 m | Show
60% of the last five games played at Milton Keynes have had at least 3 goals in them, more often than not when the Dons play at home recently we see goals. The exact same can be said of Fleetwood when they play away in the league, in fact, their record is even stronger. Five of the last seven games that Fleetwood have played away have had at least three goals in them and I see no real reason why that pattern will not continue today. The Totals has in fact been set at just 2 goals so if there were just 2 goals then stakes would be returned and while the odds are not so great this is one bet I cannot miss. Take over 2 goals |
11-06-17 | Internacional -0.5 v. Luverdense | 2-2 | Loss | -105 | 4 h 26 m | Show
This game is from Brazil Serie B and Internacional look a solid bet to win this game. Internacional is top of the table with 62 points, whereas their opponents are on 39 points and in the relegation zone, so the difference over the season is there to see. Luverdense are not actually a bad home side, they may have won just six times from 16 home games but they have drawn seven and lost just the three but they are playing a team that has dropped points over their last two outings and who will be determined to get back to winning ways. Internacional has let their lead at the top slip and they are now just two points clear of second and worse, just seven points ahead of the 5th placed side and out of the promotion spots. The last thing they will want is the potential to lose the top spot and find themselves just four points above 5th. Luverdense are fighting relegation and will no doubt put up a strong performance in front of their home fans, but Internacional will have too much for them to handle. |
11-05-17 | Olympique Lyonnais v. Saint-tienne OVER 2.5 | 5-0 | Win | 100 | 9 h 36 m | Show
This is one of those games that predicts itself for me and knowing both these sides alongside the statistics then the over 2.5 goals is the must-have bet. For starters, Lyon have won their last five games and in four of them there have been at least three goals, they are in red-hot form and I expect them to be just as formidable today as they have been in recent weeks. St Ettiene have been strong at home recently, they did lose last time out but that was after a four-game unbeaten home run with three of those games being over 2.5 goals. I expect St Ettiene to put in a bold show in front of their home fans and to score at least once but I fear that will not be enough and see Lyon scoring at least twice and therefore the overs is the most logical bet. I did consider backing Lyon but feel that the overs is the safest bet. |
11-05-17 | Rosenborg -115 v. Aalesund FK | 1-2 | Loss | -115 | 7 h 26 m | Show
Rosenborg are the runaway leaders in Norwegian soccer, they are eight points clear at the top and are almost certain to win the title. Aalesund, on the other hand, is facing relegation, they are second bottom and a massive 32 points behind Rosenborg in the standings, this game is quite a mismatch. Aalesund have gone six games at home without a win and that is playing inferior opposition to Rosenborg. Rosenborg have won their last six road games on the bounce and have conceded just once in that run, their last three away games have seen 3-0 wins in all of them. All things considered, the value bet here is Rosenborg |
11-05-17 | Watford v. Everton OVER 2.5 | 2-3 | Win | 100 | 5 h 17 m | Show
Everton are a club in crisis and they need a win desperately but when that will happen is anyone's guess. On a normal day Everton at home playing Watford would be a contender for a strong home win but not today, Watford have as much chance of leaving Goodison Park with all three points as what the home team does. Everton will go for it today, they have to, they cannot keep on dropping points and need to register a win as soon as possible so expect an attacking mentality from the home side today. Watford will seriously fancy their chances and will themselves go for the win and the thing with Watford is that even when they go behind they keep on fighting. I see both sides scoring and a very high possibility of one of these scoring twice, I just do not know which one, but either way, over 2.5 goals is the logical bet. |
11-05-17 | Manchester United v. Chelsea +140 | 0-1 | Win | 140 | 5 h 12 m | Show
Huge game this for both sides and it is Chelsea for me that I see emerging as the victors. United will take a defensive position today, they always do, they did against Liverpool when they played them away and they do so against all the big teams, that is the Jose Mourinho way and I do not see the United manager sending his team out today with any different instructions than normal. Chelsea was humiliated away from home against Roma in the Champions League and cannot afford to lose this game, they will go at United from the get-go and they are more than capable of breaching the United defence. United get away with defending non stop a lot, they occasionally win with a breakout goal, they usually draw, but every now and then they come unstuck against a top side and Chelsea at home can be that team that punishes United negativity. Take Chelsea to win |
11-05-17 | TSG Hoffenheim v. 1. FC Koln OVER 3 | 3-0 | Push | 0 | 3 h 22 m | Show
I would have prefered over 2.5 goals instead of over 3 goals in this game but even with the totals set at 3, I am still confident that we will see a min of 3 goals in this match, most likely more. Koln has seen 14 goals in their last three games, they have not won all those games but the goals have flowed from both sides. The same cannot be said about Hoffenheim, but the thing is this, I see Hoffenheim as the more likely winners, I am not confident enough to back them outright but I do see them scoring at least twice in this game. With Koln defence leaky and their forwards finding their scoring feet and my belief that Hoffenheim will score at least twice then we have the perfect recipe for goals. Take 3 goals or more. |
11-04-17 | Leeds United v. Brentford -0.5 | 1-3 | Win | 100 | 14 h 45 m | Show
Brentford has two significant advantages going into this game, they are at home and are in much better form than their opponent. Leeds have lost five of their last six league games, that is just three points from a possible 18 and are in freefall, they did win their last away game but have since lost two at home, they are without confidence and morale is very low at Elland Road. Brentford, on the other hand, is unbeaten in their last eight league games and while they have drawn a lot at home they are up against opponents that can barely buy a win. This game is an in-form side up against a team completely out of form and it is the in-form side that I am going with. Take Brentford -0.5 |
11-04-17 | Preston North End v. Ipswich Town OVER 2.5 | 0-3 | Win | 100 | 11 h 3 m | Show
Five of the last seven games played in the Championship by Ipswich Town have ended with at least three goals in them and five of the last six Championship games played by Preston have also finished over 2.5 goals. These two teams are on the exact same points, 21, and sit four points behind a playoff spot and while it is still early in the season neither side will want to lose this game and find themselves potentially seven points off a playoff spot. I fully expect that both sides will go for the win and their respective recent records show they can score goals but are also very accustomed to letting the goals in as well. Take over 2.5 goals. |
11-04-17 | Brighton and Hove Albion v. Swansea City +135 | 1-0 | Loss | -100 | 11 h 50 m | Show
On paper it is hard to pick either side, Swansea has been abysmal so far this season and Brighton is a very limited side, though out of the pair of them it is probably Brighton that is happier with their current position. Brighton are on 12 points and sit in 12th in the Premier League and considering their squad and that they are a promoted side they will be satisfied, however, they have won just once on the road from their five away games and that was last week against an appalling West Ham. Point is that they are not a strong away side and it is when they are travelling that they get exposed. Swansea is on 8 points and sit in 17th spot, they have been disappointing, there is no masking that, but they have been unlucky and are showing some signs of finally getting it right, they did well in defeat to Arsenal last week and if they replicate that form then they will win this game. Swansea can get better, Brighton is probably playing to their limit right now and if the Swans, in front of their home fans, play to their talents then they will win. Take Swansea to win outright. |
11-04-17 | Schalke 04 v. Sport-Club Freiburg OVER 2.5 | 1-0 | Loss | -100 | 10 h 10 m | Show
When I analysed this game it became apparent that it was probably best to ignore the statistics and instead go with current form and how I see the game playing out. Basically, I expect that 6th placed Schalke will beat 15th placed Freiburg but Freiburg will score at least once. Freiburg started the season with two goalless draws at home but since then have had two score draws and a win at home, they are also unbeaten in front of their home fans and a credible showing is expected. Shalke is on a four-game unbeaten run, they have won two of their last three away games, scoring twice in those wins. Freiburg will put on a good show I am sure, they are not easy to beat at home but they are a side destined to fight relegation this season while Schalke will be looking to finish top six. I can see Schalke scoring twice and Freiburg at least once and so over 2.5 goals is the logical pick |
11-04-17 | Kardemir Karabukspor v. Antalyaspor OVER 2.5 | 1-2 | Win | 100 | 10 h 38 m | Show
Antalyaspor seems to be in a lot of high scoring games recently, their last five games, home or away have all finished over 2.5 goals and six of their last seven home games have all featured at least three goals, there is a pattern there that cannot be ignored. Karabukspor is not far behind, five of their last seven games, home or away have finished over 2.5 goals and their last three away games have all been over 2.5 goals. Add to those statistics the fact that these teams occupy third and fourth bottom in the Turkish Super Lig and you have a recipe for goals. Take over 2.5 goals. |
11-03-17 | Fulham v. Wolverhampton Wanderers -0.5 | 0-2 | Win | 100 | 2 h 26 m | Show
It is difficult to see anything other than a Wolves win in this English Championship match. Wolves are top of the table, they have won five of their seven home games so far this season and has won their last three on the bounce, they are in form, they have momentum and they are full of confidence. Fulham are 16th, 13 points behind Wolves, they have not won in their last four games home or away and come into this game with a low morale, it would be a big achievement if they were to get anything from this game. Wolves are in the much better form and are at home and therefore are a very strong pick for the win. |
11-03-17 | Standard de Liege v. KAA Gent -110 | 0-1 | Win | 100 | 2 h 39 m | Show
Gent has struggled this season, however, they have started to show their true potential recently at home having won their last two games in front of their own fans and I expect them to make that three in a row today. Standard has found it difficult away this season, they have won just once on the road and have had to rely on their home form to maintain their league position and I have seen no evidence to suggest that they will turn that around today. All things considered, Gent has a great chance to record their third straight home win against a team struggling on the road. |
10-29-17 | Everton v. Leicester +105 | 0-2 | Win | 105 | 6 h 1 m | Show
I am going with Leicester to inflict more misery on Everton today. Everton are in free fall and sacking the manager is not the solution, the fact is that the team is unbalanced and lacks quality, they have just the one win in their last eight games and it is a struggle to find any positives. Leicester have become the average team they always were despite winning the title two seasons ago but they are playing credibly, they have lost just once in their last five games and that was against Liverpool. All things considered, I am going with Leicester to win, they have home advantage and are in better form than Everton. |
10-29-17 | FC Copenhagen v. AC Horsens OVER 2.5 | 1-1 | Loss | -120 | 5 h 48 m | Show
Both these sides when playing at home and away respectively tend to be involved in high scoring games and I see that happening again today. Horsens have had games over 2.5 goals in five of their last eight home games and Copenhagen in six of their last eight road games. Copenhagen should win really but I do not see them keeping a clean sheet and so the logical pick is for this game to have at least three goals in it. Take over 2.5 goals. |
10-29-17 | PSV Eindhoven -110 v. Vitesse | 4-2 | Win | 100 | 2 h 36 m | Show
PSV sit top of the Dutch league and will go five points clear of Ajax with a win over Vitesse today. Vitesse sit fourth, however, they have not won at home in their last three league games and that is not a good enough record against a side like PSV. PSV have won three of their last four away games including a 7-1 win over Utrecht, they are in good form on the road and overall. All things considered, I am going with PSV to get another away win. |
10-27-17 | Sheffield United v. Leeds United OVER 2.5 | 2-1 | Win | 110 | 5 h 26 m | Show
Leeds have been strong at home until their most recent game when they lost to Reading and their overall form recently has not been anywhere near as good as their earlier form, however, I do expect them to perform much better against local rivals Sheffield United. Sheffield had put a decent run of away wins together but they came unstuck last time on the road in the league losing to Nottingham Forest, but their recent form overall has been decent and so they cannot be dismissed out of hand. This is a bitter rivalry and passions will be high, Sheffield has the better recent form but Leeds are in front of their home fans. Both sides will play for the win, this will not be a dull affair and I expect both teams to score. It should also be noted that last time Sheffield played a local rival, Sheffield Wednesday, there were six goals in that game and Leeds playing the same team had three goals, point being is that local Yorkshire derbies can have a hatful of goals. Take over 2.5 goals |
10-20-17 | Brighton and Hove Albion v. West Ham United -0.5 | 3-0 | Loss | -120 | 8 h 10 m | Show
Tricky game for both sides but I am confident that West Ham will claim all three points in front of their home fans today. West Ham has won two of their three home games, the only defeat was against Tottenham which in all fairness is not a surprise considering how good Tottenham are. The Hammers have struggled on the road but at least at home against the sort of opposition they face today, they win. Brighton has yet to win away and have picked up just one point from a possible 12, in fact, they have scored just once on their travels this season in the Premier League. Home advantage is crucial here, if this game was played at Brighton then I would have gone with them but the stats do not lie and it is not just the stats but also how the respective teams have performed. Take West Ham -0.5 |
10-20-17 | Willem II v. Groningen -0.5 | 1-0 | Loss | -110 | 7 h 3 m | Show
Groningen has a great opportunity to pick up three points today and lift themselves up the league standings, albeit temporarily. Groningen remain unbeaten at home this season winning twice and drawing three times, however, they are playing a team second bottom and the chances are good that they will increase their win record. Willem did win away against Roda (who are third bottom) but in their other three away games they lost 2-0, 5-0 and 4-0 and in their eight games this season, home and away, they have lost six times, this is not a top Dutch side. Now, Willem did win at the weekend but that was at home and against a side just two places above them, Twente, whereas Groningen drew but their opponents, AZ, are one of the better sides in the league. All things considered, it is hard to see beyond a home win. Take Groningen -0.5 |
10-19-17 | Olympique Lyonnais v. Everton | 2-1 | Win | 100 | 10 h 16 m | Show
Everton is in terrible shape at the moment, they are in very poor form, they are struggling in front of the goal and currently find themselves 16th in England. They lost at the weekend and questions are already being asked about their manager. Lyon sits 6th in France and are probably where they should be, however, they beat last seasons Champions League semi-finalists Monaco 3-2 at the weekend and come into this game full of confidence, certainly more than Everton. I cannot see Everton winning and Lyon are the better value on the spreads. Take Lyon on the spreads. |
10-19-17 | Ludogorets v. Sporting Braga -0.5 | 2-0 | Loss | -100 | 10 h 7 m | Show
I am going with Braga to get their fourth Europa League win on the bounce this season. Ludogorets are doing very well in their domestic league in Bulgaria but are not doing as well away from home in Europe, they may not have lost yet but they have not won once either and in fact, have not scored a single goal drawing all three games 0-0. The attitude of the Bulgarian side seems to be to defend like hell away from home, that may work against poorish opposition but not against a side from Portugal who are 5th in the league just two points behind 3rd placed Benfica. I see Braga going for the win against a side set of defence and I expect them to get it. Take Braga -0.5 |
10-19-17 | SK Slavia Praha v. Villarreal -1 | 2-2 | Loss | -135 | 10 h 57 m | Show
I cannot see anything other than a clear Villarreal win. There is a clear gulf between Spanish and Czech football at club level and I will be very shocked if that is not shown in this game. Slavia are second in their domestic league but are eight points behind the leaders and it is a very poor league, they have won just once away from home in any European competition in the last ten years and against a very accomplished La Liga side, I can't see that changing today. Villarreal is unbeaten at home this season and play teams of much better ability than their opponents week in and week out. The spread is high but Villarreal is more than good enough to beat it. Take Villarreal -1 |
10-19-17 | Arsenal -0.5 v. Red Star Belgrade | 1-0 | Win | 100 | 9 h 34 m | Show
At any other time Arsenal would be much bigger favourites in this game but because of recent results the odds are higher than usual on the Gunners and that is a mistake in my opinion. Europe provides a good outlet for Arsenal, it is away from home and the pressures that brings and they do like playing the European way. Arsenal clearly has the better players and providing they are in the mood today, which I belive they will be, then they really should win this game, even in a hostile environment in Serbia. Take Arsenal -0.5 |
10-19-17 | Lazio v. OGC Nice | 3-1 | Win | 100 | 8 h 29 m | Show
Lazio are in excellent form at the moment, they are third in Serie A and they have won every single away game this season and that includes beating Juventus in Turin at the weekend. Nice are 14th in the French league and lost at home 4-2 to Marseille at the weekend, they are not in great form and are playing a team that is more than capable of beating them despite having home advantage. The form says Lazio and I agree. Take Lazio on the spreads |
10-19-17 | Vitesse v. Zulte Waregem OVER 2.5 | 1-1 | Loss | -135 | 8 h 23 m | Show
This game screams goals and the over 2.5 goals markets looks the bet to have. Zulte last five home games have all been over 2.5 goals, they cannot defend at all and lost their last home Europa League game 5-1 to Nice. Almost every Vitesse away game this season has been over 2.5 goals, the only exceptions have been their last league game and a domestic cup game against minor opposition when they fielded a reserve side. The last Europa league game that Vitesse played away had over 2.5 goals in it (all against) and just like their opponents they like to let the goals in. Both these sides allow goals freely and both can score when in the mood, this is a game that will have goals in it. Take Over 2.5 goals |
10-19-17 | 1. FC Koln v. BATE Borisov | 0-1 | Win | 100 | 8 h 16 m | Show
I get the feeling that Koln are being flattered by the odds makers simply because they are German side facing a side from Belarus. Koln are rock bottom of the Bundesliga and have just one point from eight games, they have lost both their Europa League games including at home last time out against a side from Serbia. BATE are third in their domestic league after 25 games and are just two points behind the leaders, they are in with a fantastic chance of winning their national title, they have a mixed record in Europe and even though they lost at home to Arsenal last time out they still managed to breach the Premier League sides defence twice. I was tempted to back BATE outright but have decided to take the safer option on the spreads. Take BATE on the spreads |
10-14-17 | Oxford United v. Bristol Rovers -0.5 | 1-0 | Loss | -100 | 3 h 54 m | Show
I am going with Bristol Rovers to get the win today against Oxford United. These two teams are fairly evenly matched, both are on 18 points after 12 league games, however, there is a difference in their respective home and away records this season. Rovers have won four of their last five home games and Oxford has lost three and drawn one of their last five road games. Home advantage is important here and it is Rovers that have it and I expect them to scrape. Take Bristol Rovers -0.5 |
10-14-17 | Hull City v. Norwich City -0.5 | 1-1 | Loss | -105 | 3 h 47 m | Show
This is a game that Norwich should win and I am confident they will do so. Home advantage is critical in this game, especially with the away record of Hull City this season. Hull have yet to win on the road and boast an away record of three defeats and two draws, basically just two points from a possible 15. Norwich on their home turf has lost just once this season, the first home game in fact, however, they have won just twice from their five home games this season but they were strong last season and I expect that as the season progresses they will become even harder to beat at Carrow Road. Hull are woeful away and Norwich are on a four-game unbeaten home run and that has swayed me in favour of Norwich. Take Norwich -0.5 |
10-14-17 | West Ham United v. Burnley | 1-1 | Push | 0 | 3 h 41 m | Show
I am going with Burnley to win against West Ham Today. Burnley is currently on a five-game unbeaten run, they drew at Tottenham, a very impressive result, they also drew away at Liverpool and beat Everton at Goodison Park in that sequence, a set of fantastic results for a minor Premier League side. Burnley have struggled a little at home this season winning just once and losing twice from the five home games, however, they have collected four points from a possible six in their last two home games and are starting to get back to form in front of their home fans. West Ham has yet to win away this season, they have lost three of their road games and at best are simply inconsistent, they are not a good side and a relegation struggle looks likely. Burnley have the form and home advantage and have to be the pick, however, I am slightly concerned at the lack of home wins this season and therefore have gone safety first and decided to take Burney +0 |
10-14-17 | Rosenborg -0.5 v. Troms | 3-0 | Win | 100 | 2 h 29 m | Show
I was slightly taken back by the odds on Rosenborg, they should be much shorter. Rosenborg is nine points clear at the top of the league, they are the best side in Norway and are almost certain to win the title. They did go through a sticky patch at one point but they are back to winning ways and enter this game on the back of four straight away wins. Tromso is second bottom, they are fighting to avoid relegation and while they have started to put a string of good results together recently they are still a poor side in Norwegian football. If Rosenborg had already wrapped up the title then I may have been tempted to side with the home side but that is not the case and as long as Rosenborg play to form they will win. Rosenborg -0.5 |
10-14-17 | Manchester United v. Liverpool OVER 2.5 | 0-0 | Loss | -110 | 1 h 42 m | Show
Early pick of the day and it comes from the Liverpool v Man Utd Premier League clash. Both these teams are set up for goals, Man Utd have been scoring freely this season and to some extent so have Liverpool, though they also have a habit conceding goals at an equal rate. I expect a passionate game between two teams that despise each other and with Man Utd being in such good form and Liverpool with home advantage then goals is on the menu. Take over 2.5 goals |
10-08-17 | Northern Ireland v. Norway +135 | 0-1 | Win | 135 | 5 h 51 m | Show
The Norwegians will want to end their disappointing campaign on a high note in front of their home fans and I fully expect them to go for the win. Northern Ireland is a team full of very average players but together they turn into a formidable outfit, they are not an easy team to beat but I cannot see them playing with the same intensity now that they have already qualified. I am of the opinion that it is actually Norway that has more to play for now, pride in front of their home fans, and I expect them to put in a good display today. Take Norway to win. |
10-08-17 | Scotland v. Slovenia +175 | 2-2 | Loss | -100 | 2 h 9 m | Show
I am taking Slovenia to win this game and boost their chances of qualification for the World Cup Finals. This is a must-win game for both sides and while Scotland has shown remarkable determination recently, they are hardly a world class side, they left it very late against Slovakia and now that they are on the road I see them coming unstuck. Slovenia has just as much to play for as the Scots and have home advantage and that is huge. All things considered and the critical nature of this game for both sides I am going with Slovenia to win. |
10-07-17 | FC Dallas v. Colorado Rapids OVER 2.5 | 1-1 | Loss | -115 | 4 h 47 m | Show
I am going with over 2.5 goals in this clash. 70% of the last ten home games for Colorado Rapids have been over 2.5 goals win or lose. Seven of Dallas last 12 away games have been over 2.5 goals, win or lose. Recent games between these two have been under 2.5 goals but the circumstances of this game give this game a different dimension.Dallas will move into a Dallas will move into a playoff place with a win but they are the away side and that combination points to goals, Dallas has to attack to get the win, whereas Colorado will want to win at home regardless of the season they have had. Go for over 2.5 goals |

10-06-17 | Wales -0.5 v. Georgia | 1-0 | Win | 100 | 1 h 40 m | Show
Even without their captain and superstar Gareth Bale, Wales should win this one. Wales have had a hit and miss campaign but they know they simply must win this game and their opponents are ripe for the taking. Georgia are a poor International side and the only advantage they have today is home advantage. As long as Wales can overcome the passionate home support and play to their true ability then they will win. Take Wales to win |
10-05-17 | Lithuania v. Malta OVER 2 | 1-1 | Push | 0 | 11 h 16 m | Show
With the end of this qualifying series fast approaching, many teams are still in the running for a place in the playoff and automatic qualification spot, but both of these teams have already had their campaigns ended by a poor showing. They will definitely be preparing for Euro 2020 right about now. Malta is one of the easiest hosts to beat in world football at the moment, they have scored less than 0.30 goals in this qualifying series at home and they have not won any of their last 11 home games. They look unlikely to do better in this game even though we can consider Lithuania their match. Lithuania started their campaign as if they would qualify for at least a playoff place, but they have since lost that early form and are currently on a terrible run of form that has seen them lose their last six international matches with five of those games coming in the qualifiers. They have also scored just one goal so far. I believe these two are a match and they would be punishing themselves for the defensive errors that will occur. Over 2.5 goals is my pick for this game. |
10-05-17 | Denmark v. Montenegro +245 | 1-0 | Loss | -100 | 11 h 15 m | Show
This is one of the most interesting games of this round of matches as both teams are chasing the playoff spot behind Poland. Poland looks likely to win this group but with Montenegro and Denmark on the same 16 points, this game should be a cracker. Montenegro is one of the best defensive sides in this group with the help of Atletico’s Stevan Savic, they will be playing to get all three points here again like they did in the reverse fixture in Copenhagen. They are one of the toughest sides to beat at home as they have won three of their last four home games, beating Romania 1-0 the last time they played at home. Denmark has been impressive recently and would be many bookies’ favourites to win on form. They defeated Poland 4-0 before following that up with another four-goal haul in a win over Armenia, with Thomas Delaney, who had not been among the goals in recent memory, scoring four goals in those two matches. The Danes will enter this game with their morale as high as never before as they look to finish second. Despite Denmark’s form, I believe they will struggle in Montenegro because of the home side’s doggedness. Montenegro win is my pick for this game. |
10-05-17 | Slovakia v. Scotland | 0-1 | Loss | -100 | 11 h 13 m | Show
Scotland has done a great job to get themselves back in the mix for World Cup qualification, but they still have work to do to actually finish in the second position. The Scots need to win this game as well as their next against Estonia on Sunday to stand any chance. This is a tall order for them even though they are playing at home, as Slovakia is one of the deadliest sides in Europe right now. The Scots have been impressive this year as they remain unbeaten despite having played against England already. They have netted at least two times in their last three games, and their fans will hope that home advantage would see them win this game. Slovakia is currently occupying the second position ahead of this game and their last match on Sunday. They have been adventurous over their last few games and they showed that against England the last time out, they have also scored in three of their last four games. However, they have clear defensive problems as they have kept just one clean sheet in their last six games. I believe the Slovaks will not just give up their slot on the table. Slovakia to win or draw is my pick for this game. |
10-01-17 | Stromsgodset +130 v. Viking | 1-0 | Win | 130 | 4 h 24 m | Show
I like the look of Stromgodset in this despite being the away side. Viking are poor, they are rock bottom and almost certain to be relegated, they have lost their last two home games and have not win at home in their last five league games. Stromgodset are not the greatest away side for sure, they are a mid table side and have been poor away this season but they did win their last away game and their opposition is the worst in the league. Take Stromgodset to get their second away win in a row. |
10-01-17 | Lillestrm v. Troms +110 | 1-2 | Win | 110 | 4 h 21 m | Show
Tromso are in trouble and desperately need the win and I am confident that is what will happen today. Tromso are not a bad home side despite their league position, they have won two and drawn won of their last three home league games and come into this game full of momentum on their home ground. Lilliestrom are no great away side, they do draw occasionally but hardly win, they have won just twice in their last 12 away games and do face a tough task today to get anything from this game. Take Tromso to win, they have home momentum and they are desperate for points. |
10-01-17 | SJK v. IFK Mariehamn OVER 2.5 | 1-2 | Win | 100 | 4 h 48 m | Show
I actually fancy Mariehamn to win this game but am more confident that there will be over 2.5 goals. Mariehamn are a strong home side but SJK are not too bad away either and while I do see the home side winning it would not be too outrageous if they did not, bottom line is I cannot back the home side with total confidence. I do see SJK scoring and if I believe that Mariehamn will win then logically this is an over 2.5 goals game and that is my pick. Take over 2.5 goals |
10-01-17 | Burnley v. Everton OVER 2.5 | 1-0 | Loss | -100 | 2 h 49 m | Show
I am going with over 2.5 goals in this Premier League match. Everton have been poor so far this season, they should be doing so much better with the money they spent, however, they do have a great chance today to kick start their season. I expect Everton to win this game but have little confidence in them keeping a clean sheet, they have been weak at the back and until they show they are more organised and better prepared I will not back them to keep the opposition at bay for 90 minutes. I know that Everton have struggled in front of goal and they need to address that but Burnley are poor away and as stated above I do expect the home side to win but not keep a clean sheet. Therefore overs 2.5 goals is the clear value pick. |
10-01-17 | BK Hacken v. Ostersunds -105 | 0-0 | Loss | -105 | 2 h 32 m | Show
I really fancy Ostersund to win this game today. Ostersund won midweek in the Europa League against Hertha Berlin, a vastly impressive result and their confidence must be sky high. The home side also has the advantage of having played at home midweek and so they will not have any side effects from travelling into Europe. Hacken are decent enough but against a team at home with high confidence I cannot see them getting anything from this game. Take Ostersund to win. |
09-30-17 | Derby County v. Cardiff City -0.5 | 0-0 | Loss | -105 | 1 h 46 m | Show
I am going with Cardiff to win at home against Derby today. Cardiff are top of the Championship, they beat Leeds United midweek and are in good form at this moment in time. Derby are not a bad side by Championship levels but they are already 11 points behind Cardiff and are really up against it today. Take Cardiff to register a home win and collect all three points. |
09-30-17 | Southampton v. Stoke City +185 | 1-2 | Win | 185 | 1 h 42 m | Show
Neither of these sides will be happy with their starts to the season and will be looking for maximum points today. Stoke are generally strong at home, yes, they did lose to Chelsea badly last time out but previous to that they beat Arsenal and drew with Man Utd. Southampton have improved away this season but even so, they are up against a strong home side and I see them struggling today. Take Stoke to win. |
09-25-17 | rebro SK v. IK Sirius FK -0.5 | 4-3 | Loss | -100 | 5 h 37 m | Show
Neither team is in great form at the moment, in fact, both are in a woeful state but I am going with Sirius to get the win in this Swedish match up. Sirius season has gone way off track in recent weeks, they have lost their last five games in a row and last time at home lost 5-0 to Ostersund but they are better than those results indicate and can bounce back. Orebro has lost four of their last five games and does have the slightly better form, but they are below Sirius in the standings and the truth is they have been playing to their standard and there is no sign of any drastic improvement and therein lies the difference between these two sides. Sirius can improve, whereas I do not believe that Orebro can. In front of their home fans, I do expect Sirius to perform better than they have been doing and get the win against poor opposition. |
09-21-17 | Odd BK v. Troms +100 | 2-2 | Loss | -100 | 4 h 59 m | Show
Both these sides won at the weekend but my preference for this particular game is Tromso. Tromso have won both their last two home games scoring eight goals and conceding just two, they may well be at the bottom end of the table but their recent home performances show that they are ready to fight for survival in the top division. Odd did win at home at the weekend but they are a poor away side, they have lost their last three road trips on the bounce and won just twice away all season. Considering the respective home and away form I am going with Tromso to win. |
09-17-17 | Molde +110 v. Viking | 3-2 | Win | 110 | 3 h 27 m | Show
Molde have been a little disappointing to me this season but this is the exact sort of game they should be winning, even away from home. Viking has not won at home in their last four home games and is overall a poor side, they are rock bottom of the league and struggling. Molde are inconsistent away, they win, they lose and they draw in equal amounts, however, against a side like Viking it really should be a win. Take Molde to win. |
09-17-17 | Everton v. Manchester United OVER 2.5 | 0-4 | Win | 100 | 2 h 29 m | Show
This game was a fairly simple one for me to work out. I cannot see Man Utd losing but there is zero value backing them outright. I do see Everton scoring and therefore the only logical and value bet to have is backing over 2.5 goals. United really should win but I am confident that Everton will find the back of the net at least once themselves. Take Over 2.5 goals. |
09-17-17 | Feyenoord v. PSV Eindhoven +110 | 0-1 | Win | 110 | 2 h 16 m | Show
A massive game in the Netherlands today between two of the best sides in Dutch football. Stats tend to go out the window when big teams meet up and small things, like a missing player or home advantage, can make all the difference. That is what I see happening today. Home advantage, especially in a passionate game like this, can have an effect and while that has not always been the case, I do believe it will today. Take PSV to win |
09-16-17 | Willem II v. Roda JC OVER 2.5 | 3-1 | Win | 100 | 7 h 2 m | Show
This is the one game today outside of the Premier League that I am very confident in. Over 2.5 goals looks a certainty to me, both sides are more than capable of shipping goals left right and centre and because both sides are poor defensively then the attackers will be confident of knocking goals in at will. I cannot say with confidence who will win but I am very confident that we will see at least three goals. Take over 2,5 goals. |
09-16-17 | Swansea City v. Tottenham Hotspur OVER 3 | 0-0 | Loss | -120 | 6 h 49 m | Show
Tottenham are absolutely flying at the moment, they have taken a huge scalp this week when they beat Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League and they will now feel they can beat anyone. Tottenham have overcome their Wembley jinx and I fully expect them to be absolutely clinical today. Harry Kane is showing he is one of the best players in the world and I just cannot see Swansea containing him for 90 minutes. I see Tottenham winning this game convincingly but backing them lacked value, but going for over 3 goals is value simply because I see Tottenham getting at least 3 and probably more against a very limited an inferior Swansea side. Take over 3 goals |
09-16-17 | West Ham United v. West Bromwich Albion -0.5 | 0-0 | Loss | -100 | 3 h 28 m | Show
West Brom is a better side than West Ham and as long as they play to form they will win this game. West Ham did win last week but do not let that result dissuade you from the fact that they are woeful and face a season of struggle. With home advantage, West Brom should prove too strong for the West Ham. Take West Brom to win. |
09-16-17 | Sunderland v. Hull City -0.5 | 1-1 | Loss | -100 | 3 h 26 m | Show
Neither of these sides is covering themselves in glory so far this season and unless they improve they will both struggle to get a promotion to the Premier League. That said, Hull is a far better side at home than they are away, certainly better than what Sunderland are away. With home advantage and against a team that is far from impressive Hull should collect all three points today. Take Hull to win. |
09-16-17 | Leicester -0.5 v. Huddersfield Town | 1-1 | Loss | -100 | 3 h 24 m | Show
Huddersfield has been a bit of a surprise package this season but they came unstuck away to West Ham last week and that did show their limitations. Leicester have only lost to the best sides this season and have already shown that they will be one of the best sides behind the top six teams in the Premier League come to the end of the season. Leicester City will feel confident they can win this game and so am I. Take Leicester City to win |
09-16-17 | Stoke City v. Newcastle United +120 | 1-2 | Win | 120 | 3 h 22 m | Show
Newcastle United have finally started to pick up points and have started to build up momentum. Stoke City may do well at home against the best sides but they are limited on the road. Newcastle will feel very confident that they will make this game their third win in a row and I am of the same belief. Home advantage is important here and I expect Newcastle to confirm that belief. Take Newcastle to win. |
09-14-17 | Athletic Bilbao v. Hertha BSC | 0-0 | Push | 0 | 4 h 34 m | Show
Hertha and Athletic Bilbao are the best teams in group J and playing each other in the first game could set the tone for how the final group standing will be after the end of group games. The Germans were impressive last season as they finished 6th in the Bundesliga table. Most of their success last season was tied to their early season form as well as a solid set of home performances. They have won two and lost one of their last 4 matches, but they have just one point from their last two league games but I see them getting back to winning ways when their Basque visitors come to town. Their visitors finished 7th in the La Liga table last season. The Spaniards come into this game in top form as they are unbeaten in their last six matches. However, it is worth noting that they failed to win any of their away matches in the group stages in this competition last season. Losing two and drawing one of those matches. They still have their star attacker Aduriz on their books and the veteran attacker has started the season with three goals in the Europa League and two in the La Liga. Despite the form of Bilbao, I believe Berlin will not lose at home. Take Hertha Berlin on the spreads |
09-14-17 | Lazio v. Vitesse +0.5 | 3-2 | Loss | -100 | 3 h 30 m | Show
Lazio and Nice are favorites to make it out on top of Group K, but I expect Zulte Waregem and Vitesse to give them some problems during the group stages. Vitesse finished impressively 5th in the Dutch league table last season and they will be looking to make this rare opportunity to play in Europe count for them. They have continued their fine form into this new season as they are currently 2nd in the league table with three wins and a draw from four games already. However, they have a poor record in the Europa League after losing five out of their last six games in the competition and they conceded two or more goals in five of those games. This would be a tough game for them but their early season form should see them get at least a draw in this game. SS Lazio started the season by beating Juventus in the Italian super cup and that has helped them build some early season momentum. They currently have two wins and a draw from their opening three games which have seen them climb up to the 4th position in the league table. The Rome based side was expected to suffer from the loss of the likes of Lucas Biglia and Keita Balde but they have done very well locally and will be looking to impress in Europe also. I believe Vitesse will continue their early season form and get at least one point from this game. Vitesse +0.5 |
09-14-17 | Ostersunds v. FC Zorya Lugansk +105 | 2-0 | Loss | -100 | 3 h 26 m | Show
Zorya shocked the Ukrainian football followers last season when they beat the likes of Olimpik Donetsk, FC Oleksandriya, and Chornomorets Odesa to a European spot. They played in Europe for the first time in 1973 but have had to wait for another 40 years to make a second appearance. After failing to make it to the group stage of the 2014/2015 season, the last two season has seen them qualify for the group stage of this competition and they will be looking to get further by reaching the knockout stage this time. They have been helped greatly by their Brazilian players led by Paulinho and they would hope he can replicate some of his best performances in this game. Ostersunds are making their debut in this competition group stage just one season after they won promotion to the Swedish top flight and they will be looking to continue their fairytale run by going all the way in this competition. They finished 8th in the Swedish league last season and with the help of their English players, they won the Svenska Cupen. Their top striker Ghoddos made a goal scoring return over the weekend as he helped them record a 3-0 win and they will be hoping he can replicate his good form in front of goal in Europe. I believe in this battle of the underdogs, home advantage will play a key role. Zorya to win |
09-14-17 | Everton v. Atalanta +130 | 0-3 | Win | 130 | 2 h 32 m | Show
Everton returns to European action with hopes of ending their recent poor run of form. The Toffees started the season very well after spending so much on reinforcements, but they have since lost their last two games against Tottenham and Chelsea, although some may argue that those fixtures were against top teams. Atalanta was the surprise team in the Italian top division last season and finished ahead of the two Milan teams, so the Toffees have to get themselves together before this game. Atalanta is returning to Europe for the first time in over two decades. From the last time they played in Europe and now, they have spent a considerable amount of time in the lower ranks of Italian football. But they played a very impressive brand of football last season, they are set up to attack and are likely to outscore Everton in this game. Atalanta to win |
09-13-17 | Racing Club v. Corinthians -140 | 1-1 | Loss | -140 | 10 h 53 m | Show
Corinthians were invincible in their local league this season, but 3 losses in their last 4 games have seen them blow their chance of winning the league by a wide margin and opening up the title race. They have found it incredibly hard going forward recently, and they fired blanks in all of their last three defeats. They need to address this issue quickly before they fall further down as a team. They actually remain one of the most potent sides in Brazil and they will be looking to get back to form in this game against Argentine opponents. Their defense remains a key part as they have recorded clean sheets in at least 60% of their matches this season. Shifting their focus from the domestic league to this continental competition will help them reenergize themselves are I see them going all out for victory in this game. Racing have the luxury of coming into this game with less stress and pressure as their domestic league has not fully kicked in. However, they have radically altered their playing staff and this could affect their performance in this game. They were ousted from their league cup by Olimpico after picking up a draw with San Lorenzo, but they managed to win their last league game against Temperley. They are currently on a run of 10 games without a clean sheet and that run looks set to continue when they play Corinthians in this game. I believe home advantage will help Corinthians win this game. |
09-13-17 | AA Ponte Preta v. Sport Club do Recife -0.5 | 1-3 | Win | 100 | 7 h 28 m | Show
Sport Recife made it to this round following a 3-2 aggregate victory over Argentine side Arsenal but they have since slumped to a terrible run of form. They were clear candidates for a Copa Libertadores place before their recent poor run of form that has seen them go six games without a win, four of which were actually losses, and last weekend’s 1-0 home loss to Avai is a new low for them. Ponte is one point behind Sport in their domestic table, and they would be looking to get at least something from this game. The Macaca have put in some good performances in this competition getting some unlikely aggregate victories over Gimnasia de la Plata and Sol de America to reach this point with an unbeaten record. They have proved to be a good side when they play on the road as they have lost just 1 in 5 away games so far, two of which ended in victories for them. They battled from 2-0 down to earn a point in their game against Sao Paolo and also drew 0-0 against Recife earlier. But this game could be harder for them and I believe Recife will use this game as an opportunity to get back to form. Sport Recife to win is my pick for this game. |
09-13-17 | Borussia Dortmund v. Tottenham Hotspur +120 | 1-3 | Win | 120 | 4 h 4 m | Show
Tottenham was very disappointing in all their home European games at Wembley last season, and they seem not to have broken the “curse of Wembley” as they continue to struggle in the National Stadium. They have it obviously harder this season as they have to play Real Madrid and Borussia Dortmund, their quest to make it to the knock out round looks like it would not be aided by their home ground, but with Harry Kane discovering his goal scoring touch, he could help fire them to victory in their home matches starting from this game. Borussia Dortmund is one of the best-attacking teams in Europe right now. They may have sold Ousmane Dembele to Barcelona this summer, but their results have shown that they do not lack quality replacement with the likes of Christian Pulisic stepping up. They have also snapped up Jordan Sancho from Manchester City who is a player to watch. They struggled against Freiburg last weekend with the game ending in a goalless draw, however, prior to that match they were ruthless and won against Hertha Berlin, Wolfsburg, and Rielasingen-Arien, scoring nine goals in the process. They kept Pierre Emerick Aubameyang and he could play a key role in this game. Although Tottenham has been struggling at home lately, I do believe Harry Kane has returned to form at the right time. Tottenham to win |
09-13-17 | AS Monaco v. RB Leipzig -0.5 | 1-1 | Loss | -115 | 4 h 1 m | Show
RB Leipzig may be the most hated club in Germany, but their meteoric rise through the lower ranks of German football cannot be denied. They won promotion to the German top flight for the first time in their history last season and they started their season unbeaten in their first 13 games. They eventually finished the season in second position and qualified for the Champions League at the first time of asking. Now they are out to prove everyone who considers them underdogs wrong again. They have managed to keep hold of their top players with peripheral players Olivier Burke and Davie Selke the only notable departures. Naby Keita has agreed to join Liverpool next season, but they still have one season to get from him and his performance on Sunday would have delighted the fans. Timo Werner has already netted 3 times this season a follow up to his 21 league goals last season and they will be banking on him to break down Monaco in this game. AS Monaco won the French league last season, but their squad has been decimated with key players like Kylian Mbappe, Tiemoue Bakayoko and Benjamin Mendy all making big money moves away from the Municipal Stadium. They have started the season brightly thanks in part to the stunning form of Manchester United and Chelsea flop, Radamel Falcao. They lost their last game 4-0 to Nice and that will have done some damage to their confidence ahead of this game.this game. I Believe RB Leipzig will continue their fine run and start their European campaign with a win. Take Leipzig to win |
09-10-17 | Real Betis v. Villarreal -120 | 1-3 | Win | 100 | 3 h 5 m | Show
Villarreal has had a shocking start to the league season, but with home advantage for them in this game, they have a great to get the first win of the season that they are desperate for. The Submarines had a solid end to last season with Atletico Madrid the only side that had a better record of goals conceded than them as they conceded not more than 0.88 goals in their last few matches. But injury and bad form to some key players saw them lose their last game before the break 3-0 to Real Sociedad. I expect them to perform better in this game as they would have some of their players back. Real Betis look like a team Villarreal would be glad they are playing. They did almost nothing in the final third in their opening game against Barcelona as the Catalans defeated them. Despite their victory in their last game, using Pedro Leon as the lone attacker in that match made the front man cut a lonely figure in attack for much of that game and if Villarreal successfully cut out their supply lines, they will struggle for goals again in this game. Villarreal to win |
09-10-17 | Rosenborg v. Stromsgodset OVER 3 | 2-0 | Loss | -100 | 2 h 17 m | Show
Stromsgodset is unbeaten in their last 5 league games and they would hope to extend that run when they host the league leaders in this encounter. The hosts have collected 11 points from a possible 15 in their last five league games and that is an impressive tally that would have done wonders to their morale ahead of this game. They drew their last league game 0-0 at Sarpsborg 08 and will be desperate to get a win in this match at home. They are currently 9th in the league table with 26 points and a minus 1 goal difference. Rosenborg currently tops the league and they have collected 12 points from 15 available in their last 5 league games. They lost their last match 0-1 at home to Haugesund and they will be determined to get their winning run back after 90 minutes here. They currently have 41 points with 39 goals scored and just 16 conceded. I believe this would be a tough game for both teams but there will be goals. Over 3 goals looks the value pick in this game. Take over 3 goals |
09-10-17 | Alavs v. Celta de Vigo OVER 2.5 | 0-1 | Loss | -100 | 1 h 54 m | Show
This is a clash between two of the worst teams in La Liga this season and may be the most important games of the season for their respective managers who are still searching for their first points of the season. With both teams dismal, it is difficult to separate them and this has a making of a thriller. Although Aspas grabbed 19 league goals last season, he has not kicked on this season and they may need to stop relying on him alone and maybe offer new signing Emre Mor more opportunities. Despite conceding 5 goals in their last two games, their failure to sign a defender this summer means they would still go for an attacking approach in this game. Alaves have gone backward from last season when they reached the cup final and they need to start building some momentum if they hope to avoid a relegation fight at the end of this season. Celta Vigo does offer a lot of space to their opponents and I see Alves taking advantage of that in this game. With both teams desperate for their first points this game has the making of a thriller. Take over 2.5 goals |
09-10-17 | VfB Stuttgart v. Schalke 04 OVER 2.5 | 1-3 | Win | 100 | 1 h 17 m | Show
Following some good transfer business that saw them sign Nabil Bentalab and Yevhen Konoplyanka in a spending spree that reached $60 million, Schalke 04 look poised to get back on top of the German Bundesliga. They won their first league game 2-0 against Leipzig but failed to take that momentum with them to their next game against Hannover 96 and the lost that game 1-0. They will be hoping to avoid another loss to a newly promoted side when they take on Stuttgart in this game. VFB Stuttgart started their return to the German top flight with a loss to Hertha Berlin and in truth, they had a very slim chance of winning that game. In their next game at home, they did win after shutting out Mainz to win 1-0 and that result would be a major boost to their morale ahead of this game. We see this game as a tight affair with both teams able to cancel each other out but with Schalke likely to be the winners. Take over 2.5 goals |
09-10-17 | Viking v. Sandefjord +100 | 1-3 | Win | 100 | 1 h 16 m | Show
With three wins in their last four games, Sandefjord are on top of their game when they welcome Viking to their home in this game. Although they lost their last game away to Odd, Sandefjord has been able to collect 9 points from a possible 15 in their last 5 league matches and they have a genuine chance of extending that run in this game. They are currently 8th in the league table with 27 points and I see them adding to their 27 league goals in this game. Vikings are seriously underachieving in the league this season, they have collected just 6 points from a possible 15 in their last 5 league games, and they have remained very porous at the back conceding as much as they are scoring. Vikings have beaten Sandefjord twice in their last five meetings but it is unlikely that they will extend that run in this game. Take Sandefjord to win |

09-09-17 | New York Red Bulls v. Chicago Fire -0.5 | 1-1 | Loss | -100 | 8 h 18 m | Show
Due to time constraint's, there is minimal written analysis today, however, all picks have been fully researched and analyzed and you can be assured they come with my full confidence. I like the look of Chicago in this one, New York has never convinced me when they are on the road and for me, home advantage is crucial today. Today Chicago -0.5 |
09-09-17 | Admira v. Mattersburg -0.5 | 5-0 | Loss | -105 | 5 h 58 m | Show
Due to time constraint's, there is minimal written analysis today, however, all picks have been fully researched and analyzed and you can be assured they come with my full confidence. Two poor Austrian sides but Mattersburg are a better home side than what Admira are away from home. This game is all about home advantage and backing Mattersburg is the sensible bet. Take Mattersburg -0.5 |
09-09-17 | Sheffield United v. Sunderland +115 | 2-1 | Loss | -100 | 3 h 41 m | Show
Due to time constraint's, there is minimal written analysis today, however, all picks have been fully researched and analyzed and you can be assured they come with my full confidence. Sunderland have a great chance today to collect all three points in front of their home fans. The Black Cats have not got their campaign off to a good start but Sheff Utd is a poor away side and the home team should win this game. Take Sunderland to win |
09-09-17 | West Bromwich Albion v. Brighton and Hove Albion +160 | 1-3 | Win | 160 | 3 h 39 m | Show
Due to time constraint's, there is minimal written analysis today, however, all picks have been fully researched and analyzed and you can be assured they come with my full confidence. West Brom have got off to a great start this season but remain a limited side and away from home, even against a promoted team, they are vulnerable. Brighton has had a poor start to their campaign but are improving and in front of their home fans, I am confident they will get their first win of the season. Take Brighton to win |
09-09-17 | Tottenham Hotspur v. Everton OVER 2.5 | 3-0 | Win | 105 | 3 h 37 m | Show
Due to time constraint's, there is minimal written analysis today, however, all picks have been fully researched and analyzed and you can be assured they come with my full confidence. This game could be a classic, Tottenham is free scoring when they are in the mood and one of the best sides in the Premier League, while Everton is a formidable home side. Both sides have strengthened in the summer and I expect both to score goals today. Take over 2.5 goals |
09-09-17 | Kilmarnock v. Motherwell FC OVER 2.5 | 0-2 | Loss | -115 | 3 h 36 m | Show
Due to time constraint's, there is minimal written analysis today, however, all picks have been fully researched and analyzed and you can be assured they come with my full confidence. This game should have goals in it, I expect Motherwell to win but not to keep a clean sheet and therefore the most logical bet in this game is to go over 2.5 goals. Take over 2.5 goals |
09-09-17 | Burton Albion v. Leeds United -1 | 0-5 | Win | 100 | 3 h 33 m | Show
Due to time constraint's, there is minimal written analysis today, however, all picks have been fully researched and analyzed and you can be assured they come with my full confidence. Leeds are in form right now and I fully expect them to win this game. The odds on Leeds are very poor, however, they can be backed at decent odds giving up a goal and I am confident they are good enough to win this game by a couple of goals. Take Leeds -1 |
09-09-17 | Randers FC v. Aarhus Gymnastikforening -0.5 | 4-1 | Loss | -100 | 2 h 30 m | Show
Due to time constraint's, there is minimal written analysis today, however, all picks have been fully researched and analyzed and you can be assured they come with my full confidence. I feel very confident that Aarhus will prove too strong for Randers today. Randers is a very poor away side at the moment and Aarhus are a stubborn home side and all the signs are that Aarhus will win this game. Take Aarhus -0.5 |
09-09-17 | Chelsea v. Leicester OVER 2.5 | 2-1 | Win | 100 | 2 h 24 m | Show
Due to time constraint's, there is minimal written analysis today, however, all picks have been fully researched and analyzed and you can be assured they come with my full confidence. This game could be a lot closer than what the odds makers think, Leicester is a different side to last season and Chelsea do not look as convincing as they did last season. On paper, Chelsea is the better side but the Foxes are at home and I expect them to give a good account of themselves. Goals look the best bet here, I see both sides scoring at least once with a very high chance of one of these sides scoring at least twice. Take over 2.5 goals |
09-08-17 | Getafe CF v. Legans +105 | 2-1 | Loss | -100 | 4 h 47 m | Show
Leganes victory in the relegation dog fight last season was due to their good form at the start to that season, with two games played already, they look good going into this new season. They currently have a 100% record and they will look to add Getafe to their list of teams they build their early momentum on when the newly promoted side visit them in this game. Leganes may have won their opening two games, but they lack goals and have banked on some impressive performances from their defenders so far to avoid conceding. They won their opening two games by a lone goal each and they will be looking to improve on that here. Getafe is back in the La Liga but they still don’t look ready for the big league as their players keep struggling to make any breakthrough in the final third. Just one goal has been scored in their opening two fixtures and with Leganes also scoring low this game could be a tight affair. I believe Leganes will continue their good form and win this game by a single goal. |
09-08-17 | Hull City v. Derby County +110 | 0-5 | Win | 110 | 4 h 35 m | Show
Derby host newly relegated Hull City who seem to have almost identical records with them this new season. They both have seven points from their opening five games although Garry Rowett would consider his team in a better position in this game as they play at home. Derby had a very busy summer with Tom Ince and Will Hughes leaving them, although they have brought in some quality players too. Rowett would need time to build them into a Championship winning side but they seem to be on the right track. They signed two stars from their visitors in this game, Curtis Davies, and Tom Huddlestone, and these players will be looking to make statements in this game. They have lost only two of their last 20 home games which show they are usually a good team when they play at home. Hull sold their top star, Sam Clucas, this summer and even though they managed to bring in Jackson Irvine and Nouha Dicko to fill the gap left by the injured Abel Hernandez, many fans still feel they are not ready for promotion just yet. However, despite the bad state of affairs the Tigers recorded a sound 4-0 victory over Bolton last time out, but that would be hard to replicate against Derby. I believe Derby County are stronger and playing at home will help them win this game. |
09-05-17 | Chile v. Bolivia OVER 2.5 | 0-1 | Loss | -120 | 3 h 1 m | Show
Chile has been impressive in this World Cup qualifying series and they are naturally the better side among these two teams with Bolivia one of the most underachieving teams in South America. But the Chileans are coming from a shocking and demoralizing loss to Paraguay with star man Arturo Vidal scoring an unexpected own goal, it would be unlikely that they would just pick themselves up and respond immediately. Bolivia also has the psychological advantage of playing at home which will give them the much-needed support that they need to beat one of South America's best teams. Bolivia has kept back to back clean sheets in their last two home games but the circumstances of this game make it unlikely that they will make it three in a row. I believe this game will be open and Bolivia will be up for a fight, so I am going for over 2.5 goals. |
09-05-17 | Ukraine v. Iceland | 0-2 | Win | 100 | 2 h 4 m | Show
Iceland suffered a blow to their quest to go to their first World Cup as they were beaten by second from bottom Finland last weekend. They now face winning all their remaining matches before they can realistically stand a chance to be at next year’s Mundial. They currently sit 3rd with just 3 points off the top spot and just 1 point off second place which is a playoff position. Before their loss to Finland, they were on a three games winning streak that saw them record an impressive victory over group leaders Croatia, a performance that should give them the confidence to take on any team. Ukraine took advantage of Iceland’s loss to move ahead of them and will be hoping to build on their 2-0 win over Turkey with another victory here that would see them close the gap on Croatia as well as open up a huge gap on their host. We believe Iceland will continue their good home record in this qualifying series and win this game. |
09-05-17 | Albania v. FYR Macedonia +170 | 1-1 | Loss | -100 | 2 h 60 m | Show
Macedonia’s youthful squad in this qualifying campaign are determined not to finish at the bottom of the table like their predecessors are famous for. They still have the luxury of picking their all-time highest goal scorer in Goran Pandev but they should They still have the luxury of picking their all-time highest goal scorer in Goran Pandev but they should be thinking about replacing him soon as his legs may not be able to carry him much longer. Pandev was the hero again last weekend as they secured a 1-0 win over Israel that helped them amass six points from seven games, more than they got in the qualification series for Euro 2016. They have won three of their last four games and are currently on a run of three straight They have won three of their last four games and are currently on a run of three straight victories, the 2-1 loss to Spain in an international friendly also shows that they are gradually becoming a team to reckon with. Albania has also been impressive, qualifying for the Euros last year, but being placed in the same group as Spain and Italy means their dream of making it to the World Cup would need to wait. I believe FYR Macedonia will continue their recent good run and win this game. |
09-04-17 | Romania v. Montenegro -0.5 | 0-1 | Win | 125 | 2 h 36 m | Show
Montenegro proved to everyone that they are serious about qualifying for the World Cup by beating bottom of the table Kazakhstan on Friday and remaining second in their qualifying group. With just three matches to go, their group remains one of the tightest and there is no room for any slip ups. Leaders Poland had their lead at the top cut to just 3 points after losing on Friday a result that also kept Denmark level on points with Montenegro. Leaders Poland had their lead at the top cut to just 3 points after losing on Friday a result that also kept Denmark level on points with Montenegro. Romania struggled and needed a last minute goal to beat Armenia on Friday and Montenegro represent one of their toughest opponents in this group. They are four points from a qualifying place and a win here would see them blow the group open, but that is a very unlikely outcome. Romania has lost four of their last five away matches in this qualifier while Montenegro followed up a 4-1 dismantling of Armenia with that win on Friday. Take Montenegro -0.5 |
09-04-17 | Czech Republic v. Northern Ireland | 0-2 | Loss | -125 | 2 h 33 m | Show
Northern Ireland was patient enough to win against bottom of the table San Marino on Friday. The host had set up to frustrate the Irish team and looked to have achieved that before they tired themselves out in the second half and the Irish men took advantage to secure a 3-0 victory. However, Czech Republic However, Czech Republic represents a tougher test and a very different proposition to San Marino. The Czech Republic was the best team for much of their match against Germany on Friday but were heartbroken by a late goal from Mat Hummels for Germany. They are now required to get all nine points from their next three games to stand any chance of making it to the World Cup. This game This game represents an equally tough match with the Northern Irish defense one of the most impressive in this qualifying series, but with the performance they put in on Friday night, I believe they stand a strong chance of claiming all three points. Take the Czechs on the spread |
09-01-17 | Poland v. Denmark +140 | 0-4 | Win | 140 | 3 h 12 m | Show
There is not much to choose between these two and the deciding factor is the home advantage. Poland and Denmark are fairly even in terms of the quality of players and if this game was being played in Poland I would have been tempted to back them. However, the Danes have home advantage and for me, that is what will make the difference today. A draw is a possibility but I am more confident in a home win than any other outcome. Take Denmark to win. |
09-01-17 | Scotland v. Lithuania +400 | 3-0 | Loss | -100 | 3 h 9 m | Show
I feel that the Scots are being over rated in this tie and that the Lithuanians are excellent value to record a home win. It is easy to understand why Scotland are clear favourites but at the same time the Scots are hardly world beaters and are susceptible to being beaten by a team of minnows. If the Scots play to their true form then they will probably win but that is far from guaranteed, in fact, I believe there is more chance they will not. Lithuania has home advantage and that cannot be dismissed lightly as Luxembourg proved last night. I am going for a surprise win at huge odds. |
09-01-17 | Azerbaijan v. Norway OVER 2 | 0-2 | Push | 0 | 3 h 3 m | Show
I expect Norway to win this game but they are of no value at all, not even on the spreads. But I do believe that there is value to be had in this game and that is with the over 2 goal market. While I do expect Norway to win I am far from convinced that they will keep a clean sheet, in fact, I am almost certain they will not. Therefore, the logic is to go with the overs because if I believe that Norway will win and Azerbaijan will score then that means there will be at least three goals in the game. Go with over 2 |
09-01-17 | Armenia v. Romania OVER 2.5 | 0-1 | Loss | -125 | 3 h 0 m | Show
Apart from the one sided games like Malta v England this was the standout game for me in terms of over 2.5 goals. I expect both sides to score and that Romania will win and probably by a couple of goals. Armenia is a poor side but the Romanians are hardly world class defenders and I do see the away side scoring. That said, Romania should find the back of the net often and scoring 3 or 4 goals against such opposition is well possible. All things considered overs 2.5 goals looks the solid pick. |
08-26-17 | FC Dallas v. Columbus Crew +110 | 1-2 | Win | 110 | 10 h 38 m | Show
Due to time constraint's, there is minimal written analysis today, however, all picks have been fully researched and analyzed and you can be assured they come with my full confidence. Columbus look a good bet to win this game, they are strong at home winning five of their last six home games, Dallas has won just once in their last seven away games and has lost their last two on the bounce. Take Columbus to win |
08-26-17 | Inter Milan v. Roma +115 | 3-1 | Loss | -100 | 5 h 53 m | Show
Due to time constraint's, there is minimal written analysis today, however, all picks have been fully researched and analyzed and you can be assured they come with my full confidence. I am going with Roma to get the win today against Inter Milan. This is about judgement and in my personal judgement Roma is the better side and will prove that today. Inter are not the side they once were, they may be getting back to the way they were but they are not there yet, whereas Roma is still a top side. Take Roma to win |
08-26-17 | Deportivo La Corua v. Levante +115 | 2-2 | Loss | -100 | 5 h 32 m | Show
Due to time constraint's, there is minimal written analysis today, however, all picks have been fully researched and analyzed and you can be assured they come with my full confidence. I am going with Levante to win their second home game on the bounce, they are an average Spanish side but so are their opponents today and a home win looks the best value. Take Levante to win |
08-26-17 | Stade Rennes v. Toulouse +125 | 2-3 | Win | 125 | 4 h 14 m | Show
Due to time constraint's, there is minimal written analysis today, however, all picks have been fully researched and analyzed and you can be assured they come with my full confidence. Toulouse may have lost two of their three games this season but they were away games at PSG and Monaco, the two best sides in France and now they are playing much inferior opposition to those two I expect them to win. Take Toulouse to win |
08-26-17 | Leeds United v. Nottingham Forest OVER 2.5 | 2-0 | Loss | -110 | 3 h 36 m | Show
Due to time constraint's, there is minimal written analysis today, however, all picks have been fully researched and analyzed and you can be assured they come with my full confidence. These are two teams playing well, 75% of Forest leagues so far this season have been over 2.5 goals and 50% of Leeds and considering the form these two sides are in I expect a fierce game with goals. Take over 2.5 goals. |
08-26-17 | Zulte Waregem v. Sporting Charleroi +110 | 2-3 | Win | 110 | 2 h 12 m | Show
Due to time constraint's, there is minimal written analysis today, however, all picks have been fully researched and analyzed and you can be assured they come with my full confidence. Two teams that have got off to great starts, Charleroi have won all their four games this season and Zulte three from four but with home advantage, I expect that Charleroi will extend their winning record to five games. Take Charleroi to win |
