The wait is over — dive into our bold take on the 2025 NFL Week 14 Power Rankings and see who’s rising before preseason kicks off. Let’s take a look at Ray Monohan’s 2025 Week 14 NFL Power Rankings for the 2025 season.
1. New England Patriots (11-2)
Knowing what we know now, the strangest result of the season has to be the Patriots’ Week 1 loss to the Raiders. Drake Maye should be the favorite for the MVP award. On the other side of their bye they’ll face the Bills with a chance to put an exclamation mark on their division lead.
2. Denver Broncos (10-2)
It continues to be a rough watch, but the Broncos keep racking up wins. The defense has been more inconsistent than we expected, and Bo Nix has taken a step backward from his promising rookie season, but the results are the results – the Broncos have 10 wins and are two games clear of the Chargers and four games ahead of the Chiefs in the AFC West.
3. Los Angeles Rams (9-3)
The Rams blew a layup this past week, dropping a game to the Panthers on a chilly, rainy day in Charlotte, watching their grip on the top seed in the NFC disappear. Matthew Stafford played himself out of the MVP discussion for the time being with a pair of interceptions that cost the team the game.
4. Seattle Seahawks (9-3)
The Seahawks really took care of business against a punchless Max Brosmer-led Vikings team. The top of the NFC West is packed with a trio of nine-win teams. The Seahawks have the defense to move to the front of the pack, but they’ll need more consistent play out of Sam Darnold.
5. Green Bay Packers (8-3-1)
The Packers really came to play on Thanksgiving, with Jordan Love putting together one of his best games in recent memory to down the Lions. They still get a pair of games against the Bears, starting this weekend, to move ahead of Chicago in the division standings, and they’ve already swept the Lions.
6. Chicago Bears (9-3)
Ben Johnson has helped bring this team to a whole new level. Johnson’s running concepts have gotten the ground game going which has helped cover up Caleb Williams’ shortcomings, and helped the defense to be a more competitive unit than they were a year ago. All they were lacking was a good win and beating the Eagles in a showcase game certainly qualifies.
7. Philadelphia Eagles (8-4)
The Eagles offense is broken. Nick Sirianni and Kevin Patullo are holding back a very talented unit with poor scheme and playcalling. The defense has been solid through it all. This season could go off the rails like we saw in 2023.
8. Buffalo Bills (8-4)
After trailing the Steelers at half time, the Bills got back to what they’re best at and ran the ball down Pittsburgh’s throat and got some big plays on defense to get back into the win column. Their schedule’s been favorable which has helped keep them in the playoff mix, but they’ll need Josh Allen to start playing like the elite weapon he is.
9. San Francisco 49ers (9-4)
Winning at Cleveland in bad weather against that tough Browns defense is a better win than it sounds on paper. Kyle Shanahan is doing a masterful job calling the offense, and Brock Purdy is putting the Mac Jones talk to rest. At some point all the injuries on the defense will catch up with them.
10. Los Angeles Chargers (8-4)
The Raiders were a speed bump in the Chargers’ path to win No. 8. They’ve been hurt by the frequent 1pm starts, so it was good to see them at their best in the 4pm window. The injury to Justin Herbert’s non-throwing hand shouldn’t cause him to miss any games, but will likely limit what the offense can do.
