Week four of the NFL season is here and in this game it’s a showdown between two teams who are below .500. The Los Angeles Chargers make the trip to Hard Rock Stadium to take on the Miami Dolphins.

The Los Angeles Chargers can’t be happy with the type of start they have had and they need to make a point in this game.

After opening the season with a win against the Indianapolis Colts they have lost two tough fought games against the Detroit Lions, and the Houston Texans.

It’s not like they have played bad in the two losses, they just haven’t made the plays late in the game to win the game.

One of the biggest issues for the Chargers has been finishing drives. They are averaging over 400 yards per game which is top five, but they are averaging only 20 points per game which is 22nd in the league.

In this game it’s all going to be about finishing drives. The offense should be able to move the ball, so it’s going to be important that they get the ball into the end zone.

On the defensive side of the ball they need to try and create some turnovers. There is no reason why they can’t win this game by 25 or 30 points.

Miami Dolphins

On the other side of this matchup is the Miami Dolphins who have had a terrible season, and it’s hard to imagine they will turn it around this season, and maybe not even next season.

They come into this game with an 0-3 record and they have been outscored 143-16. Against the Dallas Cowboys, they actually played better than the score indicated, but once again the offense just wasn’t good enough to keep them in the game.

Josh Rosen made his first start against the Cowboys and he threw for 302 yards but he threw two interceptions and only completed 43.3 percent of his passes.

On the ground the Dolphins have also had trouble establishing a run, and so far this year Kenyan Drake is the leading rusher, but he is only sitting at 69 yards.

In this game it’s probably going to take a miracle, but it would start with the offense getting a little bit of traction.
