The Cleveland Cavaliers are finally happy this season. The Fighting LeBron James’s recently blew out the Boston Celtics on Paul Pierce’s retirement night, 121-99.
The Cavaliers looked the most energized and full of energy, they’ve been in weeks. The Oklahoma City Thunder won a huge game against the Warriors three games ago, an are 1-1 since the big win at Oracle.
The last time the Cavaliers and Thunder took the court against each other, was January 20th. The Thunder got the win, 148-124. Don’t expect for the scoring to bet as high in the rematch game.

The Cleveland Cavaliers have done a complete mid season overhaul.

The team recently beat the Boston Celtics in a beat down at the Garden. The Cavaliers looked as good as they had during their earlier season 19 game win streak.
LeBron and several new teammates looked like they loved the game.
LeBron James led the Cavaliers with 24 points. New Comers Rodney Hood, Jordan Clarkson and George Hill combined to score 44 points. The younger players bright new life to the Cavaliers roster. Another thing that will help the Cavaliers in this one, is the roster is not filled with former superstars.
Instead the team has promising talent, and players who look up to LeBron.
Not players who think they are his equal. If James can mold his new team into what a lot of critics believe him to do, he will be participating in his eighth straight finals. After the All Star break, expect the Cavaliers are to be playing well.

Aside from the Cavaliers new players, the team must improve defensively. The last time the Cavaliers faced the Thunder, they gave up a season high, 148 points.
Granted, a lot was going on in the Cleveland locker room, but that’s still not excuse to allow that many points. Especially at home.
The Cavaliers are allowing 109.9 points per game this year. Good enough for the Cavaliers to rank 27th in points allowed this season. Not good enough to win an NBA title.
Oklahoma City Thunder
The Oklahoma City Thunder, continue to be the team of mystery in the Western Conference this year.
The Thunder have been up and down all season, but their convincing win against the Warriors at Oracle, continues to keep critics wondering how the team will perform in the playoffs. If they can play like they did the other night, the Thunder can win the NBA Championship.
Russell Westbrook and Paul George have been the leaders for Oklahoma City this season. Carmelo Anthony, well, not so much. The Thunder, in my opinion don’t need Anthony. Anthony has looked confused and out of sync with the offense the entire season.
George and Westbrook on the other hand, have meshed well together, and are the reason the team is so dangerous this year.

Defensively, the Thunder are allowing 102.7 points per game this year. Ranking Oklahoma City 6th in points allowed this year. If the Thunder can keep getting better on defense, expect them to be a final four team in the West.
Their defense is going to give Cleveland problems in OKC.

Free Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Oklahoma City Thunder NBA Prediction:
The Cavaliers are going to play hard, and full of energy when they play the rematch against Oklahoma City. Expect a playoff type of feel at OKC. This will be a good test for the new role players in Cleveland.
Oklahoma City might be swallowing the injury bug in this game. Russell Westbrook and Carmelo Anthony are listed as questionable. If Westbrook is out, expect the Cavaliers to handle Oklahoma City at home.
4* Free NBA Betting Pick: Cavaliers
As for right now, take the Cavaliers on the road. Without Westbrook, the Thunder are not the same team. Even at home.
