This matchup features the Rockets going up against the Hurricanes in Miami.
Toledo is coming in at 3-0, while Miami’s much anticipated rivalry game with Florida State was rescheduled due to Hurricane Irma.
Toledo Rockets
Toledo comes in after an excellent back and forth game against Tulsa that they won 54-51. The offense played excellent but will face a very athletic Hurricanes defense.
Senior Logan Woodside was excellent against the Green Wave. He threw 6 touchdown passes and had over 450 yards through the air.

It will be a much harder game against the Hurricanes and I expect his stats to come back to earth.
Terry Swanson has put up two consistent performances on the ground. After racking up 139 yards and a touchdown against Tulane he will look to make it 3 straight games with over 100 yards rushing.
The Hurricanes gave up 90 yards on 19 carries to Bethune cookman’s top two runners, so I expect Swanson to have a good game.

Cody Thompson was the best skill position player on the field for the Rockets last week, as he hauled in 9 passes for 178 yards and 3 scores.
If he can beat the coverage deep I expect him to have another huge game and find the end zone.
Miami Hurricanes
The departure of NFL draft pick Brad Kaaya left a hole at the top of the depth chart, but Malik Rosier was good in his first start of the season.
Rosier was 17-28 for 217 yards and 3 touchdowns, while also chipping in 4 rushes for 41 yards.
I expect him to put up big numbers as a dual threat QB, and he should have over 300 total yards of offense with 4 scores.
Miami native Mark Walton is coming off of a 1,000 yard season, and he had a good first game against Bethune Cookman. He ran the ball 16 times for 148 yards and 2 scores.
With the Toledo front seven performing as poorly as they have recently, Walton could crack the 200 yard mark.
Darrell Langham should be one of the go to receivers in the Miami offense, and he hauled in 3 passes for 65 yards and a score. Expect him to get more targets and score for the second straight game.
[dfads params=’groups=219&limit=1&return_javascript=1′]
The Miami defense didn’t have much of a test against Bethune Cookman, but the front seven will need to do a better job slowing down the running game, and I think they will be up for the task in this one.
