Hartford is not a good team and winning at Boston College is not going to be easy.
Boston College is not very good either but their standard in terms of being in the ACC makes this all relative.
The Eagles should win easily but in reality nothing comes easy for this group.
Hartford Hawks
The Hawks have just two wins this season and ironically they have both come in overtime. (They are 1-0 ATS – only one game of theirs has been lined).
This one might not be either as the America East Conference just does not get a lot of respect out there.
Guard Jalen Ross is a player. He is averaging 21ppg with two 30+ point games already. He is what many would call a volume scorer.

The only other double figure scorer is Jason Dunne. He averages 14ppg and even though he is just 6’4″ he leads the team in rebounding at 5rpg.
The Hawks do have some size but they do not get a lot of production inside. Center Hassan Atti is 6’10″/270 and can throw some weight around.
This would be a great win for Hartford and Boston College has some stinkers on resume but the fact that very few Hawks games are lined tells you something.
Boston College Eagles
The ACC is the best basketball conference in America but it is not because of the strength at the bottom in Boston College. Though maybe they don’t finish last this season.
Guard Jerome Robinson has exploded in his sophomore season. His numbers are way up across the board and even though he might not be pro material if he keeps this up in conference play he will merit some ALL ACC consideration. He is the only player scoring more than 9ppg (he is at 20ppg)

Connor Tava is a grad transfer from Western Michigan. He might not be ACC calibre but he is leading the team in rebounding and won’t get pushed around at 250 pounds.
A.J. Turner is a skinny wing who is coming off his best game of the season. Against lighter competition he should have another big game.
CBB Betting Trends:
- HART are 7-0-1 ATS in their last 8 games overall.
- Under is 7-3 in BC last 10 non-conference games.
Free Hartford Hawks vs. Boston College Eagles NCAAB Prediction:
Boston College should be able to flex some muscle. They might be struggling to get top ACC level recruits but Hartford they should be able to handle.
I expect this could come down to a duel of each team’s respective high scoring guards.

Look for the top scorers to even each other out and for Boston College to be better everywhere else on the floor in this one.
