2026 Juvenile Turf Sprint Handicapping: Libertango Race Odds: 5-2
Libertango comes in with a record of three wins and two second-place efforts, the last four of those in Group-level stakes.
Last out she was second in the Cheveley Park Stakes, beaten a length by Sun Goddess who will one of the shortest prices of the weekend when she runs in the BC Juvenile Turf. Back in June she beat that one by a length in the Albany Stakes at Ascot.
2026 Juvenile Turf Sprint Handicapping: Brickyard Belle Race Odds: 3-1
One of the best American hopes on the turf for the Breeders’ Cup weekend, Brickyard Belle is unbeaten in her first two lifetime starts.
After breaking her maiden by more than four lengths on first asking at Saratoga in August at this 5 1/2 furlong distance, she stepped up to Graded-stakes company and won the (G3) Matron at Belmont Park. She came flying in the stretch to get up and win by a half-length.
2026 Juvenile Turf Sprint Handicapping: Final Objective Race Odds: 8-1
Final Objective needed four starts to get his maiden win, but since then he was second in a Group 2 stakes at York, and last out won the (G2) Flying Childers by a neck.
That race was at five furlongs, all his previous efforts have been at six furlongs, it seems like this 5 1/2 could suit him perfectly.
2026 Juvenile Turf Sprint Handicapping: Mussab Race Odds: 15-1
Currently riding a three-race win streak, the versatile Mussab earned those victories on the all-weather track, on turf rated soft, and on turf rated good.
Last out he won the five-furlong (G3) Cornwallis stakes by a nose, in a race that came back with a very fast finishing time.

Based on the company she’s been keeping, Libertango looms large here, and that class might just be enough to get her the win.
But there may be a couple chinks in her armour.. Her second-place run in the Cheveley Park was significantly faster than she’s ever gone before, and I wonder what that effort may have taken out of her. I also wonder if 5 1/2 is just a bit short for her.
The history of this race suggests it’s worth looking for a bit of a price, and I’m going to land on Final Objective. He was relentless last out in getting to the lead late in the Flying Childers in a very fast race that has produced two of the past three winners of this.
