Nevada Wolf Pack vs. UCLA Bruins Football Betting Trends
- Nevada is 3-1 against the spread in their last 4 games this season.
- Also, the Wolf Pack has gone 6-2 on the over in their last 8 games as underdogs.
- Nevada is 18-12 against the spread in their last 30 away games.
- UCLA is 8-0 against the spread in their last 8 games.
- Additionally, the Bruins are 6-0 against the spread in their last 6 games as favorites.
- UCLA is 6-0 straight up after a win in their last 6 games this season.
Wolf Pack Bruins Free Pick: UCLA Bruins -22.5
Here is my Wolf Pack Bruins free pick: I’m laying UCLA Bruins -22.5. The Bruins have covered their L8 games, including 6 straight as favorites. I’m not betting the streak blindly, but Nevada gives me little reason to step in front of it.
UCLA can build a lead without asking its passing game to do anything fancy. Against a Wolf Pack team that’s struggled to protect the football, those extra possessions can turn a comfortable win into a blowout.
When you’re laying more than 3 TDs, field position and turnovers matter a hell of a lot more than style points.
My concern is UCLA taking its foot off the gas with a big lead. That’s how a 28-point advantage becomes a 21-point win and leaves bettors staring at the ceiling.
But Nevada hasn’t shown enough offensive consistency to make me fear a sustained comeback. I expect UCLA to control the scoring opportunities and put this game out of reach before the fourth quarter.
It’s a big number, and I’m not pretending otherwise. The matchup still favors a comfortable Bruins win, so I’m sticking with UCLA Bruins -22.5.
