Bears Aggies Free Pick: Over 52.5
Here is my Bears Aggies free pick: Texas A&M has enough offensive firepower to do most of the work, while Missouri State can contribute. I’m taking the Over.
Texas A&M went 11-2 in 2025 while averaging 33.8 points and 444.5 yards per game. The Aggies scored at least 31 points in 9 of their first 11 games before cooling late.
Missouri State finished 7-6 in its first FBS season, averaging 25.6 points and 392.2 yards per game. The Bears also surrendered 28.8 points per contest and allowed 34 or more 5 times. Not ideal.
Texas A&M should have plenty of chances to push this total upward against a Missouri State defense that allowed 382.8 yards per game last season.
Additionally, Marcel Reed returns at quarterback for an Aggies team ranked No. 8 entering 2026. Missouri State is also breaking in a new head coach, adding another defensive variable.
Can the Bears contribute enough? That’s the key.
Plus, Texas A&M is favored by roughly 41 points, so the market expects a big offensive night from the Aggies. MO. State finding 10 to 14 points would help considerably.
My college football numbers point toward points, and I’ll play the Over 53.5 in this one.
