Dave B’s Fantasy 5 TE Rankings – DFS
Week 6 of the NFL season is upon us – the Tight End position has the potential to be a determining factor this week. Rob Gronkowski is overdue for a huge game, Tyler Eifert was terrific last week and Antonio Gates is back from suspension and looking dominant again.

So which Studs are locks for a big week? Let’s take a look at the top 5 Fantasy Tight End plays for Week 6.
1. Rob Gronkowski, Patriots
vs. Indianapolis Colts
There is no need to get cute here – Gronkowski is due for a monster game after two relatively quiet games in the last two weeks. He had just four catches for 67 yards last week. Gronk is head and shoulders above every Tight End in the game right now – as easy a start as there is in Fantasy.

I am projecting a huge bounce back for Gronk – 6 catches for 100 yards and a TD against a very suspect Indianapolis defense.
2. Tyler Eifert, Bengals
vs. Buffalo Bills
Eifert continues to click along and off an eight catch, 90 yard, 2 TD effort against the Seahawks he is awfully tough to ignore as the second best Tight End option in the game right now. He now has five TDs on the season and is a great bet to get another Sunday against the Bills.
Eifert has quickly elevated to the top tier of NFL Tight Ends – I don’t expect him to slow down any time soon.
3. Travis Kelce, Chiefs
vs. Minnesota Vikings
With the loss of Jamaal Charles for the season extra onus will be on a surprisingly decent KC passing game. Enter Travis Kelce. Travis has been a bit of a disappointment since his Week 1 effort but if there is any week that we can expect a bounce back it is this one.

7 catches for 70 yards and a TD certainly isn’t a stretch here.
4. Greg Olsen, Panthers
vs. Seattle Seahawks
Off their bye the Panthers and Olsen get a crack at a defense that allowed 90 yards and two TDs to Tyler Eifert in Week 5.
Olsen had eight catches for 134 yards and 2 TDs two starts back and will be eager to come close to that after just 2 catches for 28yards in Carolina’s pre-bye week game. Olsen is by far Carolina’s best receiver – he will have to be a big part of the offense if Carolina hopes for an upset on Sunday.
I like him to catch 6-8 passes for 70 yards and a TD.
5. Antonio Gates, Chargers
vs. Green Bay Packers
Welcome back Antonio Gates!!! He had nine grabs on Monday night in his first action of the season for 92 yards and 2 TDs. With Philip Rivers winging it around the Park Gates has a real chance to keep the roll going.

I expect 6-8 catches for 70 yards and another TD on Sunday.
Those of you who were patient on Gates – congratulations!
