This is a free play on Under.
I had the under in Game 1, and unfortunately we saw four first period goals. The next 40 minutes of play only yielded two goals, and then another goal in the final minute and a half of the game. I think the next three periods are going to look a lot more like the last two. Igor Shesterkin came into this series 4-0 with a 1.75 GAA in the post season, and Freddie Andersen 4-1 with a 2.25 GAA. Expect these goaltenders to put on a show here in the Big Apple tonight.

Games 35/36.
6:30 PM PST/9:30 PM EST.
Five of the last six meetings in this Western Conference rivalry have gone over the total. This does include three of the four matchups this season alone. If you combine their games this season, these two teams have played to a total of 95 overs. Compare that to the 77 unders they have accounted for together, and you can see a trend that certainly favors the over. The Avalanche have played over the total in eight of the last 10 overall outings. In the series with the Golden Knights, the Stars held their own on offense. However, I think we can all agree Vegas, overall struggled to put the puck in the net. If they would've been the team we thought they were coming into the playoffs, I would've expected several of the games to go over the total. Both offenses rank in the top three during the regular season in scoring, as Colorado averages 3.7 goals per game and Dallas account for 3.6 goals per game. I think you're going to see a competitive, yet high-scoring affair here. Take over. Thank you.

The last three games played in Dallas between the tow teams saw nine goals scored in each game. For the Avalanche, the over is a perfect 5-0 in the playoffs thus far, with their five games against Winnipeg totalling 42 goals, and for the Stars, the over is just 2-5 in their first round series, While five of the last six meetings have gone over the total. I long can you trust Gorgie to play this well I think this may be a little more high scoring.
Play on the OVER. This is a free play.

Tuesday NHL Free play. My selection is on New York over Carolina at 7 pm et on Tuesday.
This is traditionally around the time when the Hurricanes begin to disappoint and if Game 1 was any indication, this series may go precisely as planned. That's not to say it was a cakewalk for the Rangers. They ultimately had to hold off a late-charging Canes squad in a 4-3 victory. It is worth noting that the Blueshirts have been an excellent 'positive momentum' team over the years. They check in 105-64 (+19.8 net games) when coming off a win over the last three seasons including a 39-19 (+9.2 net games) record in that situation this season. They're also 41-22 (+15.8 net games) when coming off a victory over a division opponent over the last three seasons including a 14-7 (+6.8 net games) in that spot this season. This could very well turn out to be a long series but I think the Canes are going to need to make the most of Games 3 and 4 in Raleigh, keeping in mind they're -5.4 net games in their last 49 contests when seeking revenge for a one-goal loss against an opponent. Take New York.
