Calgary has taken things back by storm as they look for their 12th straight home win on Tuesday when they welcome in the Anaheim Ducks.
The Flames have gotten themselves back into the playoff race and over the .500 mark as they sit at 17-16.

Anaheim has earned points in 3 of their last 4 games, but remain in last in the Pacific Division.
Anaheim
The Ducks have managed to grab points lately, but they’re certainly going to start needing wins if they hope to get out of the cellar in the Pacific Division.
The Ducks do come in off a win over Philadelphia on Sunday as they took a 4-2 win thanks in large part to their vets. Corey Perry and Ryan Getzlaf, the duo who have been the most reliable for the Ducks this season, accounted for 3 goals in the win.

Perry has picked it up a notch, scoring 3 times over the last 2 games and has tallied 13 goals and 23 points total.
However, Anaheim received bad news Monday as top defenseman Cam Fowler was placed on injured reserve. Fowler injured his knee and a time table for his return has not been given. Fowler had 12 points on the season and adds to a list of injured defensemen for the Ducks.
With the defense thin, the Ducks were forced to recall Shea Theodore from the AHL.
Calgary
The Flames are finally having some fun this season. This young group who struggled out of the gates has really caught fire and that is clearly thanks to their 11 game home winning streak.
Calgary brings in a record of 12-5 SU at home and is having no problem scoring as they are putting in 3.24 goals per home game.

Johnny Gaudreau continues to be as efficient as ever and was named NHL’s No. 1 Star of the Week. Gaudreau has scored 5 goals over his last 2 games and has put in 12 over the last month. Over the 17 home games, the star F has accumulated 29 points total.
Gaudreau has accumulated 17 goals and 39 points this season and line mate Sean Monahan has 12 goal and 14 assists.
Calgary’s last home loss came all the way back on Oct. 30 when they were shelled by Montreal 6-2.
