Here’s why I’m backing a Baltimore ATS bet below in my Titans Ravens free pick & gambling prediction for this matchup.
Titans vs. Ravens Gameday
Week 4 sends the Tennessee Titans to M&T Bank Stadium for a Sunday afternoon matchup with the Baltimore Ravens.
Tennessee enters at 0-3 under Robert Saleh after a 12-7 road loss to the New York Giants. Baltimore is 2-1 in Jesse Minter’s first season as head coach and returns home after escaping Dallas with a 34-31 win.
The Titans have dropped games to the Jets, Eagles and Giants, scoring only 37 points along the way. Their lone road appearance was last week’s five-point loss in New York.
Tennessee has kept two of its three games reasonably close, but close only gets you so far when the offense keeps making the defense work overtime.
Baltimore’s start has featured a 41-23 win at Indianapolis, a 24-17 home loss to New Orleans and the three-point victory over Dallas. The Ravens have scored at least 34 points in both wins.
That sets up a pretty straightforward Week 4 question: can Tennessee’s defense keep this close long enough for its struggling offense to matter?

Tennessee Titans vs. Baltimore Ravens Odds & Last 5
The opening number makes Baltimore an 11.5-point home favorite, with the Ravens priced at -715 on the moneyline and Tennessee coming back at +509.
That’s a hefty tax on Baltimore, but the records and offensive production explain why bookmakers opened such a wide gap. Tennessee is still searching for its first victory, while Baltimore has already scored 92 points through three games.
The Titans lost 12-7 to the Giants last week after falling 24-20 to Philadelphia and 23-10 to the Jets. They produced 181 passing yards against New York but managed only one TD, continuing an early-season problem with finishing drives. Tennessee has scored four total TD’s in three games, including two on the ground from Cam Ward.
Baltimore’s path has been considerably louder.
The Ravens followed their 41-point opener with a seven-point loss to New Orleans before beating Dallas 34-31 in Rio de Janeiro. Baltimore needed Tyler Loop’s 56-yard FG as time expired to finish that one, so the 2-1 record hasn’t exactly been three weeks of sightseeing.

Ravens Stats From Last Week
Baltimore has scored 92 points through three games while generating 1,196 yards of offense.
The Ravens are averaging 398.7 yards per game, and the ground attack has supplied 502 yards on 97 carries. Derrick Henry leads that charge with 301 rushing yards and 6 TD’s, while Lamar Jackson has added another 124 yards and a score with his legs.
Jackson has also completed 53 of 76 passes for 745 yards, 4 TD’s and one interception. Zay Flowers leads Baltimore with 234 receiving yards despite dealing with a hamstring injury early in the season. He returned against Dallas and immediately produced five catches for 84 yards on only 21 snaps.
Defensively, Baltimore has surrendered 78 points and 964 yards through three games. The Ravens have allowed 315 rushing yards, while their pass defense has given up 694 yards.
The offensive line is the bigger Week 4 concern. Centers Ethan Pocic and Jovaughn Gwyn suffered injuries against Dallas that are expected to keep them out for a while, leaving rookie Vega Ioane preparing to work at center.
Ronnie Stanley returned to practice on a limited basis Wednesday after missing the Dallas game with a toe injury.
Titans Stats From Last Week
Tennessee’s 0-3 start has been driven largely by an offense averaging only 12.3 points per game.
The Titans have scored 37 points through three weeks and have yet to get a rushing TD from a running back. Tony Pollard has still been productive between the 20s, carrying 38 times for 173 yards and averaging 4.6 yards per attempt.
Cam Ward has completed 55 of 88 passes for 504 yards, 2 TD’s and one interception. He has also rushed for 30 yards and scored both of Tennessee’s rushing TD’s. The second-year QB wasn’t sacked against the Giants after taking five sacks over the opening two games, but Tennessee again struggled to turn possessions into points.
Pollard’s availability now deserves attention after he missed Wednesday’s practice with a foot injury.
The Titans have been much steadier on the other side of the ball, allowing 59 points through three games. That works out to 19.7 per contest, although Baltimore presents a much different problem because Jackson and Henry can stress a defense horizontally, vertically and straight through the middle.
Tennessee also opened the practice week with Tyjae Spears sidelined by an ankle injury and defensive lineman John Franklin-Myers out with a back issue.
Their status bears watching before Sunday.
Titans vs. Ravens QB Matchup
Lamar Jackson remains the engine of a Baltimore offense averaging more than 30 points through three games.
Jackson has thrown for 745 yards with 4 TD’s and one interception while completing nearly 70 percent of his attempts. His 124 rushing yards give Baltimore another dimension when protection breaks down or defenses turn their backs in coverage.
Ward enters his second NFL season with 504 passing yards, 2 TD’s and one interception through three starts. He’s completing 62.5 percent of his passes but averaging only 5.7 yards per attempt, which helps explain why Tennessee has struggled to generate enough explosive offense. Ward has protected the football reasonably well, yet Baltimore can make that patience uncomfortable if the Ravens create an early scoreboard gap.

There is one Baltimore injury worth monitoring closely here.
Jackson was limited Wednesday with a back issue, although he did participate in practice. Assuming he’s available Sunday, the QB matchup still puts far more pressure on Ward to manufacture points against a favorite capable of creating separation quickly.
Tennessee Titans vs. Baltimore Ravens bottom line: Tennessee’s defense has kept the Titans competitive, but Baltimore’s Jackson-Henry combination can force an offensive pace Ward and company haven’t matched through three weeks.
Tennessee Titans vs. Baltimore Ravens Football Betting Trends
- The Titans have a 9-4 record in over/under as underdogs in their last 13 regular season games.
- Also, Tennessee has gone over in 4 of their last 5 away games during the regular season.
- The Ravens have a 4-1 record in over/under as favorites in their last 5 regular season games.
- Additionally, Baltimore has a 5-1 record in over/under for all games in their last 6 regular season games.
- The Titans have a 6-5 against the spread record as underdogs in their last 11 regular season games.
- The Ravens have a 2-1 record in over/under for home games in their last 3 regular season games.
Titans Ravens Free Pick: Ravens -11.5
Here is my Titans Ravens free pick: I’m backing Ravens -11.5 because Baltimore has the offensive ceiling to force Tennessee out of its comfort zone early. The Titans are averaging only 12.3 points through three games, and asking that offense to trade scores with Lamar Jackson is a lousy recipe for an underdog catching fewer than two TD’s.
Baltimore’s 502 rushing yards through three games give the Ravens another way to stretch this margin. Derrick Henry can keep the chains moving against his former team, while Jackson’s legs punish a defense that has to commit extra attention to the run. If Baltimore gets ahead, Tennessee has to put more of the afternoon on Cam Ward’s arm instead of letting Tony Pollard and the defense keep things manageable.
The danger for Tennessee is falling behind early and being forced into Baltimore’s preferred game script.
The number is big, but my NFL betting system isn’t asking the Titans to lose by 30; Baltimore simply needs to turn its clear offensive advantage into four quarters of separation. I’ll lay it with Ravens -11.5.
