It is hard to believe how far the Bucs have fallen since a surprising 2-0 start. Now they have to take on a Giants team that is coming off a win for just the second time this season.
New York got a win on Monday Night Football last week but now they have a short week before taking on the Bucs. This is a meaningless game either way but the good feeling in NYC might be gone pretty quickly.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers
In the first two week of the season the Bucs beat New Orleans and Philadelphia, last year’s Super Bowl champs and this year’s current Super Bowl favourite. Since then it has essentially gone down hill.
In those early exciting weeks Ryan Fitzpatrick was awesome. He then struggled, yielding the job back to Jameis Winston but it looks like he has it back due to injury. He threw for 406 yards last week, but with a couple of interceptions.
Tampa Bay is dead last in the NFL in points allowed at 32ppg. That has meant that FitzMagic has had to be on point and can’t afford any mistakes. Tampa leads the team in yards on offense but is still struggling. That is not usually the case.
It says a lot about these two teams that Tampa is still a significant favourite even on the road. They may have the worst defense in the league but they should be able to move the ball against New York.
New York Giants
The Giants may only have a couple of wins this season but they have played a lot of teams closely – five of their seven losses were by a touchdown or less. With the pressure completely off perhaps they can win a second game in a row.
The Giants scored 27 points in their win over San Francisco. It was the most they had scored in a month and more than their 19ppg average this season. They should be able to punch the ball into the end zone against a bad Tampa defense.
Rookie Saquon Barkley is proving to be quite the useful weapon. You can question whether they Giants might have been better served in using that high draft pick in a different way but he has been productive – 8th in rushing yards, 9th in catches.
New York is not strong on defense against the pass and they are going to be tested there by Tampa for sure. This part of the game will determine whether they Giants can really stay in it. Their own offense will have some success but they are going to have to make some stops.

4* Free NFL Betting Prediction: Tampa ATS
I don’t like the number but overall I like the situation for the Bucs in this one. They should win by a TD or more.
NFL Free Week 11 Score Prediction: Tampa Bay 33 – New York 24
Tampa Bay faces only mild resistance to it aerial attack and has some success doubling up Odell Beckham and forcing NYG into other options. They can’t put it all together.
