The Tampa Bay Buccaneers came away with a great road divisional win over the Atlanta Falcons. The Buccaneers were a sexy betting team and they showed why on Sunday.
On the flip side, the Arizona Cardinals lost a tough one at home over the New England Patriots.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers won a big game on the road against divisional rival Atlanta Falcons on Sunday. Not only did the Buccaneers beat them, but it wasn’t a fluke win, they simply outplayed the Falcons.
The Buccaneers offense was on point. Jameis Winston took a major step forward from what he showed last season and he lit up the Falcons secondary to a tune of 282 yards and 4 touchdowns.
The only hiccup was an interception early in the game, but he shook it off and the Buccaneers continued to roll all over the Falcons.
Not only was the offense on point, but the defense held up their end of the bargain.
They controlled the Falcons for a good portion of the game, but when they needed a stop, they got it.
The Falcons had the ball with a chance to tie the game with a little under two minutes left, but the Buccaneers held them to a four and out. Game over.
If the Buccaneers were to defeat the Arizona Cardinals that would be a massive feather in their cap to be undefeated after playing two tough games on the road.
The Arizona Cardinals lost a tough one at home on Sunday night. The Cardinals started off slow and their offense really couldn’t get anything.
Their defense struggled early, as well, but helped the offense out by getting a couple of turnovers.
Which the offense did take advantage of by punching it in for 14 points.
The defense bent quite a bit, but didn’t break. The Arizona defense stopped New England their fair share of times and held them to field goal attempts.
Which ended up being the difference as Stephen Gostkowski capitalized on his three attempts -including a 53 yard field goal.
While the Cardinals were unable to make their one and only field goal attempt. Chandler Catanzaro was unable to convert a 47 yard field goal at the end of the game.

4* Free NFL Betting Prediction:
This is one of those situations where you don’t want to overreact one way or the other. The Buccaneers chalked up a great win on the road and the Cardinals are coming off a disappointing loss at home.
The Cardinals play an entirely different defensive style than what the Falcons deploy so I see things shaking out a bit differently for Tampa Bay this go around.
Winston and the offense may struggle a bit and I believe the Cardinals offense will get back on track.
I like the Cardinals straight up and I’ll take them to cover. This is one of those situations where the public might overreact and put their money on the Buccs thinking the line is too high.
You might end up getting a better number on the Cardinals if you wait.
