Week 15 will feature a inter-conference matchup with major playoff implications between two of the best teams in the league. .The Green Bay Packers will travel to M&T Bank Stadium to face off with the Baltimore Ravens.
These teams haven’t played each other since November 19, 2017 in Green Bay. Joe Flacco led Baltimore to a 23-0 shutout over the Brett Hundley led Packers.
Green Bay Packers
Aaron Rodgers continued his dominance over Green Bay with another mastery performance at home on Sunday night with a 45-30 victory. The win increases Rodgers record to 23-5 against Chicago as a starter.
The reigning MVP went 29 of 37, throwing for 341 yards and four touchdowns. He connected with star receiver Davante Adams twice and one each to Allen Lazard and Aaron Jones. Rodgers has 61 career touchdown passes against the Bears, the most all-time against Chicago and one more than his predecessor, Brett Favre.
Thanks to a Los Angeles Rams’ win over the Arizona Cardinals on Monday night, the Green Bay Packers are the new No. 1 seed in the NFC with four games to go in the 2021 season. The Packers currently have the edge in a three-way atop the NFC with the Arizona Cardinals and Tampa Bay Buccaneers based on conference record.
Green Bay plays two more games against the NFC North (vs. Vikings, at Lions) and AFC North (at Ravens, vs. Browns).
Baltimore Ravens
The Baltimore Ravens lost their second consecutive game, dropping a close one on the road to the Cleveland Browns 22-24. The Ravens recovered an onside kick late and nearly rallied from a 21 point deficit after shutting out the Browns 16-0 in the second half. Baltimore was stopped on fourth down before midfield and were unable to get Justin Tucker a shot for another game winning kick.
Lamar Jackson left the game on the first play of the second quarter due to an ankle injury and was unable to return. MRI tests on Monday were negative and the status of the 2019 MVP’s chances to play against Green Bay are hopeful.
Tyler Huntley stepped in for Jackson and played solid aside for a Myles Garrett strip sack TD late in the second quarter. Huntley finished 27/38 passing for 270 yards and a touchdown while also rushing 6 times for 45 yards. Mark Andrews had another big game and caught a team high 11 receptions for 115 yards and a touchdown.
Baltimore continues to persevere considering it has placed 23 players on injured reserve at some point this season. The Ravens have lost their top two running backs (J.K. Dobbins and Gus Edwards), an All-Pro left tackle (Ronnie Stanley), two Pro Bowl cornerbacks (Marlon Humphrey and Marcus Peters), a starting safety (DeShon Elliott) and a starting defensive end (Derek Wolfe) for the entire season.

4* Free Week 15 NFL Betting Prediction: Baltimore +6.5
Green Bay is rolling right now and currently atop the NFL with a tie-breaker over Arizona and Tampa Bay. They have also been the best ATS team with an outstanding 11-2 record.
However, the spread in this game is too high. Giving Baltimore nearly a touchdown at home is too much of a risk. It’s expected that Lamar Jackson will be good to go in this pivotal showdown which will be a big advantage over Tyler Huntley.
The Ravens also have a large edge in the kicking game as Justin Tucker is the best in the game while Mason Crosby is currently having the worst season of his career. The Packers have left points on the board before which will not do them any favors with covering this large number.
Take the Ravens to cover at home.
