The Dallas Cowboys were the only team in the NFC East to win in Week 1 and they’ll look to push their record to 2-0 when they visit the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday in Week 2.
Dallas used a late Giants mistake to allow Tony Romo to march the Cowboys down the field for an eventual game winning touchdown with just 6 seconds left.

The Eagles took part in Monday Night Football and came from behind after trailing 20-3 to the Atlanta Falcons. However, a late missed field goal was their downfall as they fell short.
Both teams will look to start 1-0 in the division as they try to make an early statement in the NFC East.
Dallas Cowboys
As it always seems to, drama hit the Dallas Cowboys in their Week 1 game as they needed a late dramatic drive to win it.
QB Tony Romo found TE Jason Witten on the goal line and Witten wiggled his way into the end zone for the go ahead touchdown with just 6 seconds remaining.
Romo finished with 356 yards to go along with 3 touchdowns and 2 interceptions. Romo finished with a QBR of 85.9.

The victory came with a giant price though. WR Dez Bryant will miss 4-6 weeks with an injured foot, which will put pressure on the rest of the receiving core as Bryant was Romo’s main target.
The first go to guy will be Witten. He finished with 60 reception yards and 2 touchdowns in the contest. Romo will also have Terrence Williams (5 receptions, 60 yards) and Cole Beasley (4 receptions, 49 yards.)
Philadelphia Eagles
The Eagles new era got off to a rocky start as QB Sam Bradford looked visibility out of whack. After a half of play that saw them trailing 20-3, things started to turn around.
The Eagles did their best Cowboys’ impression and came all the way back, only to miss a field goal with 2 minutes left to drop a 26-24 decision.
QB Sam Bradford went 36 of 52 for 336 yards, but had just 1 touchdown to two interceptions.

As for the pass game, the Eagles had 10 different receivers with at least 1 reception.

4* Free NFL Betting Prediction: Philadelphia ATS
The absence of Dez Bryant is really going to hurt Romo and company. It’ll put a lot of pressure on some guys that aren’t used to playing that big of a role in the offense.

Sam Bradford seemed to find his fit into the system late in Week 1. He’ll carry that into Week 2 with a win.
