New York knocked off Jacksonville 28-23 while the Bills took it to the Dolphins 33-17.
Kick off is set for 8:25 on the NFL Network.
The Bills saw the return of Sammy Watkins and Karlos Williams play a giant role in their win over Miami on Sunday as they returned to .500 on the season.
With the win, Buffalo remains just 1 game behind the Jets in the AFC East standings, which makes this game even more important in terms of Wild Card implications down the stretch of the season.
Sammy Watkins returned to old form in style as he caught all 8 of the targets thrown at him for 168 yards and a touchdown. Watkins should see similar, if not more targets this week as Percy Harvin was announced out for the season.
With Harvin out, expect Charles Clay and Robert Woods to both get more targets too. Clay had just one catch on Sunday and Woods had nothing to speak of.
Clay does lead Buffalo with 34 catches and 350 yards.
Williams made quite the impact himself as he finished with 110 rush yards and had a pair of touchdowns. His impact will likely give him a lot more touches this week against the Jets as he also gives the ability to catch out of the backfield.
The Jets got back on track and moved to 2 games over .500 as they continue their pursuit of a playoff spot. While it is unlikely and going to be extremely difficult to catch the Patriots, a Wild Card spot is a possible for this Jets team.
QB Ryan Fitzpatrick played through a torn ligament in his thumb and finished very well against the Jags.
Fitzpatrick racked up 272 yards and tallied 2 touchdowns on 21 of 34 passing.

WRs Eric Decker and Brandon Marshall continued to be the go to targets for the Jets QB. Decker and Marshall both had touchdown receptions Sunday and well have all the attention on Thursday from the Buffalo defense. The Buffalo defense has 8 interceptions on the season.
The Jets run game will look to have a bounce back performance behind RB Chris Ivory. New York averages 127.6 rush yards per game, but got just 26 yards on 23 carries from Ivory last week.
Buffalo’s defense gives up just 91.9 rush yards per game, so Ivory will have his work cut out for him this week.

4* Free NFL Betting Prediction: New York ATS
The Jets will use their home field advantage in this one. New York can really make some separation for themselves with a win over Buffalo here and with the way Fitzpatrick is clicking with Decker and Marshall, they should have enough firepower to grab a win here.
NFL Free Score Prediction: New York 30 – Buffalo 20
Decker and Marshall put in another solid showing as the Jets get a much needed win on Thursday Night Football.
