Looking for 2021 Los Angeles Rams Predictions? NFL Rams Predictions & Handicapping Insight
2021/22 NFL Team Predictions – Los Angeles Rams
- Rams 2021 Win Total NFL Odds: 10.5 (Over +110/Under -140)
- Los Angeles Rams NFC West Odds: +187
- Los Angeles Rams NFC Championship Odds: +550
- Los Angeles Rams 2022 Super Bowl Odds: +1300
- QB Matt Stafford
- WR DeSean Jackson
- WR TuTu Atwell
No doubt the biggest addition to this team, this offseason, is the acquisition of Matt Stafford who will likely fit in with this team perfectly. Looking back on it now, it is quite amazing what he accomplished with the Detroit Lions and it will be very interesting to see what he is able to do with a top 10 offensive line.
Stafford now gets the offensive minded head coach, the line, and all the offensive weapons a QB could ask for with guys like Cooper Kupp, Robert Woods, deep threat DeSeason Jackson and a very intriguing rookie in TuTu Atwell.
The signing of DeSean Jackson fits this team perfectly, as they have not really had a true take the top off the defense type of wide receiver in recent years with Kupp and Woods primarily being short to intermediate route type of guys.
Chatarius ”TuTu” Atwell was taken with the Rams first pick in the 2021 draft which came in the second round, and based on the tape and the combine numbers that looks to be a nice pick, as the guy looks great on the football field and managed to run a 4.32 at the combine which is insane speed.
- RB Cam Akers
- TE Gerald Everett
- DE Michael Brockers
Cam Akers was lost to a season ending injury as opposed to being cut or moved, but that hurts this team at the RB position, as he was looking to have a breakout season behind a solid line and without the opposing team being able to load up the box with Stafford under center.
Tight End Gerald Everett has plenty of promise, and he showed that at times over the last couple of seasons averaging a little over 400 receiving yards in the last couple of yards, but that does not tell the full story as he also did plenty of work in the trenches.
It seems like only yesterday Michael Brockers got a big, and well deserved contract extension, but he has now been shipped off to Detroit as the LA Rams needed to find a way to free up some cap space based on their offseason moves.
2021 Los Angeles Rams Predictions: Offseason Analysis
I always felt like the Rams had just one spot on the roster to fix, and I think they did just that so this offseason can only really be seen as a huge success for this team, as I believe they are now legitimate contenders to not only get back to the Super Bowl, but to win it.
Matthew Stafford is a guy who is underrated and he now has all the tools in the world to succeed and with the caliber of defense they have it seems like they just have everything set up perfectly in terms of this roster with the only knock on them being depth.
2021 Los Angeles Rams Win Total Prediction:
This win total is going to come down to whether or not the key players on this roster can stay healthy, which I am willing to bet that they do and so I am going to roll with the over 10.5 wins for this coming 2021 NFL season at a nice +110 price.
