Oral Roberts beat North Dakota State 75-72 in the Summit League Championship Game on March 9. The Golden Eagles were the #4 seed in the conference but upset the #3 seed Bisons in order to secure an automatic bid into the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2008.
Max Abmas scored 23 points and handed out 7 assists while Kevin Obanor chipped in 21 points and 9 boards for the Eagles, who survived a late surge by the Bison to punch their ticket.
