Florida State Seminoles
The Seminoles have had a fine year, and have actually won five straight.

They’re also 1-3-1 ATS in those five, all against teams that fall outside the top-95 in KenPom ratings. So, the Seminoles have been shaky as of late.
They’ve also excelled defensively, coming in the top-20 nationwide in KenPom adjusted defense. However, where they’ve really excelled is in making the other team turn the ball over. Via KenPom, the Seminoles are 4th in turnover%, 4th in block%, 5th in steal%, and 27th in non-steal turnover%. Those are all very good.
They also don’t seem to struggle offensively and actually have excellent shooting splits. Additionally, they have four players scoring around 10 points/game, which means they’ve managed to share the love pretty well (although, it might be important to note none of them have very high offensive ratings).
Louisville Cardinals
As we all know, Louisville was once considered the #1 team in the country (by whomever makes these AP Polls).
That turned out to be a sham, but they still are pretty good. KenPom’s overall ratings has them at #5 in the nation, behind a 13th-ranked adjusted offense and a 5th-rated adjusted defense.
Specifically, on the defensive end. When it comes to D, we’re looking at a very talented Cardinal team. They’ve allowed less than 60 points/game (top-20 in the nation) and have a defensive rating under 90.
Offensively, they don’t seem to score a lot of points, but they’re doing it incredibly efficiently. That includes shooting 48% from the field and 37% from three.
The Cardinal attack is led by Junior forward Jordan Nwora. Nwora is killing it this season, as he’s averaging 20 points and 7 boards per game while shooting 50% from the field and 40% from three. This guy is dangerous in the Louisville front court.
