The list of walking wounded is deep with Isaiah Thomas missing the last four games with a calf injury and is listed as questionable for Monday. Moritz Wagner missed the last game with a left ankle sprain and is out Monday.
Jordan McRae had a pin extracted from his right finger which will equate to him missing at least the next two weeks. Thomas Bryant is out due to a stress reaction in his right foot and is expected out until late December.
CJ Miles underwent surgery to repair a left wrist ligament injury and like John Wall who is out rehabbing from a ruptured Achilles tendon will miss the rest of the season.
Detroit Pistons
While the Pistons haven’t feasted like some pundits predicted in preseason they’ve strung together some impressive victories of late over elite clubs with the defeat of the Rockets and Pacers.

In an interesting development, the win over the Rockets came without Andre Drummond who had an allergic reaction to avocados and Blake Griffin leaving halfway through the match with a knee issue.
In the 115-107 victory over Houston seven Pistons scored in double figures with four reserves hitting the mark.
Three players delivered double-doubles including Derrick Rose who led the way with 20 points and 12 assists. Bruce Brown (16 points, 10 rebounds) and Christian Wood (11 points, 12 rebounds) were the other two players.
Luke Kennard (22), Tony Snell (15) and Markieff Morris (15) were the other players who collected double-digit contributions.
On the season Drummond is averaging a double-double of 17.7 points and 16.6 rebounds which tops both categories on the team. In fact Drummond also tops field goal percentage (54.6 percent), steals (1.7) and blocks (1.8).
The only category he doesn’t lead is assists where Luke Kennard (4.1) holds the honor.
Both Drummond (eye) and Griffin (knee) are questionable to play on Monday.
Khyri Thomas won’t be back until late December while he heals from surgery to repair his fifth metatarsal bone in his foot. Reggie Jackson is expected back early in the New Year as he allows a stress reaction in his lumbar spine to heal.
