The Suns won an overtime thriller against the Knicks on Wednesday night, while the Thunder have lost two in a row.

The Suns continue to struggle this season, and it seems like a possible 8th seed will be lost by the All Star break.

Eric Bledsoe put up huge numbers in Wednesday’s victory over New York. He had 31 points, 8 assists and 6 rebounds. It was his third straight game reaching 30 points but he faces a much tougher assignment with ultra athletic guards Russell Westbrook and Victor Oladipo. I don’t expect Bledsoe to make it 4 straight over 30, but he should put up decent numbers in this one.
Devin Booker has put up a bunch of points this season, averaging 18 per game, and his increased workload shows that he can quickly improve to become a big time scorer in this league. His matchup against Oladipo should be a good one and I expect Booker to get 20 points before the night is over.
TJ Warren hasn’t played in a month, but he may be able to suit up for this one after being listed as questionable for Tuesday’s game. If he is able to give it a go look for him to slowly work his way back into the lineup, but he will be able to put up decent stats.

Phoenix defense has given up over 100 points in 8 straight games. Facing Westbrook and the Thunder offense it should become 9 straight games as I don’t see the Thunder being slowed down.
Oklahoma City Thunder
The Thunder have lost two in a row, and even though Russell Westbrook is putting up historic numbers, it seems like he is forcing the offense. The scary thing is that without Westbrook running the offense, the Thunder can’t seem to put the ball in the hoop.
In the Thunder’s last game against the Jazz he finished with 27 points on 7-25 shooting (2-5 from 3 pt range), 6 rebounds and 5 assists. Facing Eric Bledsoe should be a great matchup for Westbrook, and I expect him to get a double double in this contest.
Victor Oladipo has not provided the scoring punch from the 2 guard spot, but his athleticism makes him a potential 25 point scorer on any given night.
Devin Booker shouldn’t be able to slow Oladipo if he gets the start after missing the last two games with a wrist injury. If he doesn’t go then Andre Roberson is capable defender who should shut down Booker.

Steven Adams has been a very good center this season for Oklahoma City. Improving his scoring and still being a tough low post defender. He faces a young Suns front line but shouldn’t have any issues getting a double double in this game.
Look for Enes Kanter to provide good scoring down low as well and Kanter shjould reach double digits on the night.
