Miami got one on the road with the win versus the Pacers, as Jimmy Butler implied his will in more ways than one as he got into a heated (no pun intended) battle with Pacers wing TJ Warren.
It resulted in three technical fouls being dispensed and the ejection of Warren. Butler also led the Heat on the hardwood with 14 points, seven assists, and six rebounds.
Tyler Herro led scoring with 19 points while Bam Adebayo (18), Derrick Jones Jr. (18), Duncan Robinson (17) Kendrick Nunn (15), and Goran Dragic (15) were the other Heat players to register double-figures.
Two Heat stars lead the way in team statistical categories with Jimmy Butler the top man in scoring (20.2), assists (6.6) and steals (2.0). Bam Adebayo tops the other categories with 10.6 rebounds, 1.2 blocks, and field goal percent (58.5%).
Derrick Jones Jr. is dealing with a bruised left inner thigh, and it is unclear if he will play Friday against the Nets.

Kyrie Irving took to the microphones to update on his health stating he mulled over having surgery but based on previous situations elected to have a cortisone shot instead.
With the All-Star point guard out of the lineup the past 25 games Spencer Dinwiddie had stepped up and kept the team afloat but the wear and tear of being the primary option is taking a toll.
Subsequently, the Nets have lost seven in a row. Dinwiddie had a chance to win the game versus the Thunder but came up short sending the game to overtime where OKC claimed victory.
Hopefully, the return of Caris LeVert who missed 24 games will help ease the load. The guard scored 20 points in the loss. Taurean Prince led the way with 21 connecting on five 3-pointers. Dinwiddie added 15 and Jarrett Allen chipped in with 12 points.
Brooklyn team leaders are Dinwiddie in scoring (22.4) and assists (6.2), Jarrett Allen for field goal percentage (64.8%) and blocks (1.3), DeAndre Jordan for rebounds (9.8) and Prince (0.9) for steals.
The Nets only remaining players on the injury list are Kyrie Irving (shoulder) and Kevin Durant (Achilles) who is out for the season.
