The Rays haven’t given the Phillies much reason to complain about the weather being the biggest problem. Tampa Bay won Friday 2-0 before pounding Philadelphia 12-1 on Saturday, allowing only one run across the first 18 innings of the series.
Philadelphia needs one win to handle its postseason business; Tampa Bay has spent two days refusing to cooperate.
