Thursday required 10 innings, a blown lead and a walk-off, so apparently neither team wanted anything simple.
The season series remains tied 2-2. Minnesota has struggled badly on the road at 31-44, while the Angels are 33-45 at Angel Stadium.

Two struggling teams are involved, but only one is asking us to lay road chalk.
Connor Prielipp has settled down lately, allowing three runs or fewer in four straight starts. That’s the strongest argument against the play. Still, Minnesota has scored poorly during a 3-7 stretch, so another decent start doesn’t guarantee much support.
Grayson Rodriguez has hardly been trustworthy himself, and nobody should confuse this with backing an ace. LA does have the home field, the better recent form and Thursday’s win already in its pocket.
Getting +105 against a Twins club that has spent most of September leaking games is enough for me.
