The Cubs are 78-61 and only 4-6 across their last 10. Chicago can certainly score, as Monday’s 17-3 blowout showed, but consistency has been the bigger issue lately. Different story tonight.
Jacob Misiorowski gives Milwaukee a major advantage on the mound, and that’s the strongest part of this handicap.
Additionally, Misiorowski enters at 14-5 with a 1.73 ERA and 222 strikeouts. Chicago counters with David Peterson, who is 7-7 with a 5.11 ERA.
