Following up that giant win in terms of the AL West race, the Astros will send out LH Scott Kazmir in hopes of building off that momentum in this big game.
Kazmir, who was acquired at the trade deadline, is just 2-5 with a 3.13 ERA since putting on an Astros jersey.

The Rangers will be throwing one of their main deadline acquisitions, like the Astros, here on Monday.
LH Cole Hamels will be working with an extra day off, which was intentionally given so he could start off the key series here.
