Toronto Blue Jays
The Blue Jay’s brutally disappointing season has not gotten any better as of late going 2-8 in their last 10 games.
The Jays do have plenty of talented young prospects, but they will have plenty of work in the offseason to get this squad back to being a playoff caliber team.
The Blue Jays will send Clay Bucholz (8-3, 5.87 ERA) to the hill who has had an unfortunate season, but looked pretty good against the Mariners last time out in his first start since returning off the injured list. In that game he managed to pitch 6 innings and only allowed 2 runs off 3 hits. Bucholz will need more of the same if he wants to help the Jays claim the home win.
