The Chicago White Sox have been decimated by injuries this year, but they have managed to continue to pick up wins and that is exactly what they will look to do here on Tuesday against the Minnesota Twins.
Chicago White Sox
The White Sox had one of the most electric offenses earlier in the year, but with injuries to Luis Robert, Eloy Jimenez and Nick Madrigal it will be interesting to see if they will be able to continuously put up the runs necessary down the stretch.
Chicago will be looking for a big bounce back series here, though, as they are coming off of losing a tight series against the Detroit Tigers which now has them only 6 games in the lead in terms of the AL Central.
Carlos Rodon will be the starter in this spot for the White Sox and that should give the White Sox a big chance to win this game, as he enters the game with a 2.37 ERA and a 6-3 record and it would not be surprising to see him put in yet another solid outing.
Minnesota Twins
Just when it looked like the Minnesota Twins were going to go on a run and start to get back into the playoff race they drop 5 of their last 6 which really puts them behind the eight ball, as they now trail Chicago by 14.5 games.
The Twins offense has come around in a big way, as they now rank towards the top of the league in most offensive categories, with Nelson Cruz having another great season hitting .306 and hitting 18 home runs, and it is a bit disappointing that such a solid season may go to waste.
Jose Berrios gets the call to the mound and he has been one of the better starters for the Twins entering the game with a 7-2 record and a very respectable 3.52 ERA and although the White Sox are one of the better offensive teams in the league, Berrios very well could have a good start here given that the White Sox are not exactly at their best.
MLB Baseball Betting Trends:

- Twins are 1-4 in their last 5 home games vs. a left-handed starter.

Free Chicago White Sox vs. Minnesota Twins MLB Prediction:
The Chicago White Sox are the much better team here, and they once again will have the advantage on the mound and the current price at -115 does seem solid, even if their offense is a beat weakened due to injuries.
The Twins do still have a great batting lineup with plenty of depth, but I can see Rodon having a nice outing, as he has serious strikeout stuff, and the Twins strikeout plenty.
