Tampa Bay is averaging 5.19 runs per game which is ranked 6th in the league. A big part of this production has been in part of Austin Meadows returning to the lineup in late July. He has been a spark plug for the Rays helping propel them to the best record in the American League.
Ryan Yarbrough gets the start in this one looking for his first win on the year. He is 0-2 with a 4.45 ERA to start the year. Yarbrough has had to pick up a lot of the workload due to the injuries to Chirinos and Morton.
