This is a pretty balanced team that does not beat itself. They have not played a very difficult schedule and that has been enough.
Quarterback Brendas Soresby has just two interceptons all season long and it is not coincidence they have been in each of the Bearcats’ losses.

The Cincinnati Bearcats have a 7-2 overall record with a solid 5-1 conference record in the Big 12.
Their success has been driven by a highly efficient offense that ranks impressively on a per-play basis, and is scoring 35.6 points per game.
The attack is uniquely balanced, featuring a very strong ground game that averages 195.0 rushing yards per game, averaging 6.0 yards per attempt.
The defense has held its own, limiting opponents to just 21.9 points per game and defending the pass well, with a strong pass efficiency rating against them.
