One of the better matchups on the Sunday slate will be the New Orleans Saints hosting the Kansas City Chiefs. Though this game has lost some of its hype because Drew Brees has been hurt. The Saints now are reeling a bit and need wins down the stretch to secure the division.
The Chiefs on the other hand, have now clinched their division and are on pace to secure the number one seed in the AFC.

The Chiefs beat the Dolphins this past week by a score of 33-27. This was a closer game than expected and part of the reason was because Patrick Mahomes struggled a little bit. He still threw for 393 yards, so that was not the issue. Him throwing three interceptions is not normal, but it will not be a concern for much longer. The Chiefs had 448 total yards of offense, but just 94 yards rushing.
Kansas City is still the number one offense in the NFL. They rank first in passing offense, averaging 317.5 yards per game. However, they rank 17th in rushing offense. They also are the second best scoring offense, averaging 31 points per game.

The Kansas City defense played a decent game against the Dolphins, but did allow 367 yards of total offense. They tend to have trouble closing games out, allowing 17 points to Miami in the final quarter. The good news is their rushing defense is stout, allowing just 80 rushing yards.
The Chiefs rank as the 17th best defense in the NFL. They are 14th against the pass and 26th against the run. Their defense allows 21.6 points per game.
New Orleans Saints
A loss to the Eagles is not only sad, but it also makes their chances to claim the number one seed in the NFC unlikely. They have struggled a bit with Taysom Hill under center, though he did throw for 291 yards and two touchdowns. He also threw one interception and fumbled once.
Their rushing offense was not good in this game, considering Alvin Kamara rushed for just 50 yards. As a team, the Saints rushed for just 96 yards.
The Saints have the 13th ranked offense in the NFL. They have the 21st best passing offense and the 7th best rushing offense. Plus, they also have the 7th best scoring offense, averaging 28.2 points per game.
Defensively, the Saints allowed 413 total yards to the Eagles. They struggled against the run, allowing 246 yards on the ground. They will need to be more concerned about the pass in this game, seeing that Mahomes is under center.
New Orleans ranks as the 2nd best total defense, 4th against the pass and 2nd against the run. They also only allow 20.4 points per game.
