We have reached week nine of the NFL season and this is a game being played over in London.

The Houston Texans and the Jacksonville Jaguars both go overseas to face off in an AFC South showdown. This should be a competitive game with the line sitting at the Texans favored by two points.

Houston Texans

The Houston Texans have had a nice season but they lost a big part of their team in their last victory over the Oakland Raiders.

J.J. Watt suffered a shoulder injury that is expected to sideline him for the rest of the season. The defense was strong against the run, and Watt was a big reason why.

They aren’t going to be able to replace him, but finding someone who can come in and give them some good play is going to be key.

On defense, their pass defense has struggled at times, and they can’t let Gardner Minshew have a lot of success through the air.

On the offensive side the Texans are one of the best in the league averaging 26.5 points per game which is eigth in the NFL.

Deshaun Watson and DeAndre Hopkins are quite the duo and against the Jaguars, both of these guys are going to need to be good.

Jacksonville Jaguars

On the other side of this matchup is the Jacksonville Jaguars who have been a hard team to figure out this year, but they come into this game with a 4-4 record.

Their last two wins were over the Bengals and the Jets, so this should be a good test to see if they can win three in a row against a good team.

At quarterback the Jaguars are led by Gardner Minshew who has been up and down but he seems to make the big plays when they need to be made, and he will be counted on again in this game.

On the defensive side the Jaguars haven’t been as good as years past, but this is still a team that is ranked in the top half.

If they want to come away with a win in this game, the defense is going to need to be strong, and apply some pressure on Watson.
