This is an intriguing matchup given the trade that changed the rosters of both clubs. OG Anunoby is the only remaining piece of the trade that went to New York, and he just returned from an injury absence two games ago.
Meanwhile, Immanuel Quickley is playing his best ball since arriving in Toronto, while RJ Barrett remains out with a knee sprain.

That might not seem like a big deal, but Toronto has fared much better with Poeltl in the lineup (12-6) than not (3-4). I already touched on the effect of Barrett’s absence, which remains a concern in this matchup.
The fourth place Raptors are 8-5 at home while the Knicks struggle on the road with a 3-6 record.
Although I’m selecting the Knicks to win, I did vacillate back and forth as the Raptors will be looking to send a message and get back on track after their recent slide. In addition, if Toronto can push the Knicks to clutch time, they have the better shot of winning.
Still, it’s hard to bet against a nine-game winning streak by New York versus the Dinos, so take the Knicks to win and cover.
