The Minnesota Timberwolves are preparing to face the NBA Champs short-handed with Ricky Rubio and Andrew Wiggins both questionable. Golden State is not going to give an inch of mercy.

The Warriors are in unforgettable form, ready to prove the doubters wrong. 9-0 and winning by an average of 17.8 points per game, the Golden State Warriors are primed to put on a show that will have the entire state of Minnesota tuning out by half-time.
Minnesota Timberwolves:
The Minnesota Timberwolves are off to a solid start this season, especially for a team that haven’t seen postseason action since the 2003-2004 season.
With impressive back-to-back wins against Atlanta Hawks & Chicago Bulls, two of the best Eastern Conference teams, the Timberwolves are no longer an easy win.
Minnesota may finally have something with their young, talented big three of Ricky Rubio, Andrew Wiggins, and rookie Karl-Anthony Towns. The cause for concern heading into this game against the Warriors? Rubio and Wiggins are both listed as questionable with injuries.
Towns’ four double-doubles so far this season puts him among elite company; Towns joins Shaquille O’Neal, David Robinson, Dikembe Mutombo, and Alonzo Mourning, for the most double-doubles after their first six career NBA games.

Adding on to that, Towns is averaging an impressive three blocks per game.
Though these numbers are intriguing, is it possible for Towns to carry the Timberwolves team past the Warriors with both Rubio and Wiggins unlikely to play? I wouldn’t bet on it.
Golden State Warriors:
Where do I even start with these guys? I guess 2014-2015 MVP Stephen Curry is a good option to begin breaking this team down with. The Baby-Faced Assassin is a man on a mission. Many NBA analysts predicted that Curry hit his climax as a basketball player last year, expecting a slight decline this year.
His 32.4 points per game, 5.9 assists per game, 5.4 rebounds per game, and 2.4 steals per game suggests otherwise.
Might I add that he’s shooting an incredible .535 from the field? Yeah, that’s happening.
It’s a scary thing to say for the rest of the NBA, but the Golden State Warriors are looking better this year than they did last year. As predicted in the Golden State Warriors season preview, the Dubs are improving thanks to their young core lineup.
A great example of this development comes from 6’11” Nigerian center Festus Ezeli. Ezeli, who has had an injury-plagued career thus far, has come out of his shell, opening some eyes around the league with a plethora of monstrous blocks and aggressive rebounds.
The Warriors will be looking to bring the heat to Minneapolis, Minnesota with their sights on extending their undefeated streak to nine.
Timberwolves standout center Karl-Anthony Towns will be tested by a defensive-minded Ezeli and, quite frankly, nobody on the Wolves will be able to stop the Splash Brothers, Steph Curry and Klay Thompson, from putting on one of their signature high-scoring shows.

At this point, every single NBA team should be scared of the Golden State Warriors as they quest for a second NBA title in as many years.
The Minnesota Timberwolves, who are coming off a loss to the less-than-impressive Charlotte Hornets, are no exception.

Free NBA Prediction:
History has shown that Minnesota often keep the games close against Golden State. I’m not expecting that to stay true in this one.
4* Free NBA Betting Pick: Warriors ATS
The Golden State Warriors are playing flawless basketball right now and a banged up Minnesota Timberwolves team aren’t going to be the ones to end the blue & gold’s perfect season. This one could get ugly for the Wolves.
