Heading into Thursday nights game, Indiana is clinging to the third spot in the Eastern Conference, just a half game ahead of Philadelphia, and 6.5 games behind these Milwaukee Bucks.
In their 105-96 win over the Chicago Bulls on Tuesday, the Pacers shot 45.2% from the field, 44% from three point land and 75% from the free throw line. They out rebounded the Bulls by one, 57-56, but got manhandled by the Bulls second chance opportunities, as Chicago had 15 offensive boards.

Bojan Bogdanovic had a game high 27 points in that win, and Myles Turner and Thaddeus Young both had double-double’s for the Pacers. Darren Collison added 22 points in 33 minutes for Indiana.
Injury Report: PG Edmund Sumner is listed as “probable” for Thursday night, while SG Victor Oladipo, SF Alize Johnson and PF Domantis Sabonis are all listed as “out” for the Pacers.
Milwaukee Bucks
The Bucks come into this game losers of two straight after their second loss of the year to League worst Phoenix, 114-105. Prior to their loss to Utah on Saturday, the Bucks had won 7 straight, including a win over these Indiana Pacers back in February.
The Bucks still hold the top spot in the East, but after their two recent losses, Toronto has closed the gap to 2.5 games. Indiana isn’t too far behind them, but I think their biggest fear will be the Philadelphia 76ers, if they get on a hot streak to close out the year.

In their loss to Phoenix on Monday, the Bucks shot only 38% from the field, and 28.6% from beyond the arc. They didn’t do all that bad from the line, hitting 23 of their 31 free throw attempts. They were badly out rebounded by the Suns, 65-59.
Giannis Antetokounmpo led the Bucks in scoring with 21 points, he also had a game high 13 rebounds in 34 minutes of action. All in all, the Bucks had 7 players score in double figures, with Kris Middleton being the only player who scored, not make it to double digits. He finished the game with only 6 points in 31 minutes on the floor.
Injury Report: PG George Hill, SG Sterling Brown and SG Donte DiVincenzo are all listed as “out” for Thursday night.
