Thursday, December 8th, the Houston Rockets and San Antonio Spurs play in the first of four scheduled meetings this season. The Spurs will host again on March 4th on the front side of a home-and-home series while Houston hosts the back end on the 5th as well as on December 19th.
Houston last played on Monday defeating the 76ers 132-123 in overtime while San Antonio hasn’t played since Sunday getting ousted 95-133 by the Suns.
Last season the clubs played three times with the Spurs taking two of the three contests. The Spurs hold the all-time record with 115 wins in 207 matches versus the Rockets.

San Antonio Spurs
In direct contrast to the Rockets, the Spurs are floundering having lost 11 games in a row. In six of those games, San Antonio failed to score 100 points.
