The Detroit Pistons allowed Vucevic to go nuts on the inside with 37 points in that game and honestly I do not really see the Pistons being able to come up with an answer for the Magic’s big-man and I would expect him to once again put up solid numbers.
The Orlando defense was also smothering allowing just 43% shooting from the field and only 30% from deep and although shooting is extremely variant I would not expect any type of offensive explosion here by Detroit.
Delon Wright has had a solid season averaging around a 10/4/4 scoreline, but he will be out for this contest, as he is currently listed on the injury report and has already been ruled out.
Orlando Magic
I had a lot of hope for the Orlando Magic this year, as their seemed to be some solid reason for optimism surrounding this team, but unfortunately we will not really know how good this team could have been, as they have been ravaged by injuries.
The Southeast is very noncompetitive, though, so even though this team sits at 13-18 they only sit 2 games back of first in their division and they were able to win their last 3 games straight, so their very well might be some fight in this Orlando team.
This represents a prime opportunity to make it 4 in a row and creep closer to the top of the division and with the way the Pistons have been playing and the way this matchup went just a day ago that really is the only way I see this game going with the Magic just having way more talent even with the injuries.
