The road Mavericks enter this contest coming off a tight 96-94 win over the Brooklyn Nets. They entered that contest as 6-point favorites and have now failed to cover in four out of their last five, including three straight.
All that said, Dallas has won four in a row straight up.
The home Magic come into this Wednesday night affair fresh off of Monday’s 134-127 loss to the Houston Rockets—just Houston’s second win straight up on the year.

Orlando Magic
The Magic, outside of the wildly consistent and productive Paolo Banchero, are not a good basketball team this year. At least not on the surface.

And it’s also what’s kept them in games, because despite rarely coming away SU wins, Orlando’s young core never cares when it’s out of it, and they’ve been able to claw out some ATS victories amid a flurry of SU losses.

Defensively, Orlando is giving up 116.1 points per night. That number is only good enough for 23rd.
