Guards
Kemba Walker, CHA (@ CLE), $9.7k DK
We’re big fans of picking on the Cleveland Cavaliers in DFS. The Cavs are on pace to have the worst record in NBA history in their first season sans LeBron James, and this group is as far away from competing as could possibly be with Kevin Love sidelined for another few weeks.
Truth is, Kemba Walker, at his price, is a bit of a risky pick because if the Cavaliers do anything well, it’s defending guards in DFS. But Walker is a different kind of animal and he’s going toe to toe with a struggling rookie in Collin Sexton.
This is one of the rare times we’re disregarding the positional strength of the opponent in favor of their struggles at large.
Klay Thompson, GSW (vs ATL) $5.3k DK
The Hawks this season are just 28th in the NBA when defending guards in DFS. More specifically, they’re bad at fighting through screens, which bodes extremely well for a player like Klay Thompson, who has made a career out of coming off curls and needing minimal dribbles to get his buckets from behind the three-point line.
Expect to see a classic Klay showing here against Atlanta.

Forwards
Kevin Durant, GSW (vs ATL), $11.2k DK
The luxury of a short slate (Tuesday night only sees three contests in action) is that you can take any team’s two best players without feeling any sort of guilt or FOMO from other games. With Stephen Curry set to sit, you can take both Klay Thompson and Kevin Durant with confidence despite KD’s price tag.
Miles Bridges, CHA (@ CLE), $3.7k DK
If you’ve followed our advice up to this point, you’re in need of a low-cost, high-value pick.
Look no further than Miles Bridges, who (like Kemba) will fall into the category of “picking on the Cleveland Cavaliers” on Tuesday night. He’s performed at least 5 FPTS better than his season average over his last two, and there’s little reason to believe that trend won’t continue against a struggling opponent.
Centers
Paul Millsap, DEN (vs HOU) $5.6k DK
The Houston Rockets are in flux, and while their subtraction of Carmelo Anthony from the rotation could help them out (especially on defense), they’re still figuring out too many things to expect them to slow down the red hot Denver Nuggets—including big man Paul Millsap.

One last thing. Remember… at the end of the day if you can’t afford to gamble online OR play at Draft Kings and Fan Duel then STOP. We know most DFS players need action, heck we do too, so just bet what you can afford.
Don’t go chasing money in high dollar GPP’s. Stick to cash games, and try to play on bigger slates. Avoid those night time 2 games slates. Your bankroll will thank us later.
