Damian Lillard, POR (@ PHX), $9.8 DK, $9.7k FD
Damian Lillard is currently in the midst of one of the hottest streaks of his career. Combine that with the fact that he’s going up against a team in Phoenix that plays at the league’s fourth-highest pace and owns the worst defensive rating and his high price tag becomes totally worth it.
So far this season, Lillard is averaging 27.7 points, seven assists and 5.7 rebounds while shooting 50 percent from the three-point line and 94.1 percent from the charity stripe.
Andrew Wiggins, MIN (vs CHI) $6.2k DK, $6.2k FD
If Jimmy Butler misses Saturday’s contest following the scary leg injury he endured on Friday night, Andrew Wiggins becomes an easy choice. The Chicago Bulls are just 26th in the league in defensive efficiency, and without Minnesota’s No. 1 option, Wiggins (and Karl Anthony Towns) will have to take on a bigger scoring responsibility.
Ed Davis, POR (@ PHX), $4.2k DK, $3.6k FD
Ed Davis represents a nice value pick against the up-tempo, defensively inefficient Phoenix Suns. His ceiling isn’t as high as you might find in other value picks, but his floor is high considering how many opportunities he’ll get to clean up messes at the rim off the bench.
Kevin Durant, GSW (vs OKC), $9.7k DK, $10.3k FD
If you do go with a value pick at the first forward spot, that gives you an opportunity to pick up Kevin Durant in his third game against his former team this season. At the cost, we don’t trust Russell Westbrook ($11.6k DK; $11.2k FD) against the Warriors’ defense. But Durant could easily surpass his cost with home-court advantage and vengeance on his mind.
Zach Randolph, SAC (vs LAL) $6.3k DK
Zach Randolph has become a prime example of the cliche “age is just a number.” He’s coming off a 29-point, 12-rebound performance that netted him 50 DFS points (he also hit 4-of-7 from the three-point line).
So far this season, he’s posting 28.5 points per night, and on Saturday he’s going to run you $6.3k. The player just above him in DFSPPG? That’d be his opponent Julius Randle, who would run you $7.4k in this contest.

One last thing. Remember… at the end of the day if you can’t afford to gamble online OR play at Draft Kings and Fan Duel then STOP. We know most DFS players need action, heck we do too, so just bet what you can afford.
Don’t go chasing money in high dollar GPP’s. Stick to cash games, and try to play on bigger slates. Avoid those night time 2 games slates. Your bankroll will thank us later.
