Centers
Matt Duchene – NSH vs. (FLA) — $6.3K DraftKings /$13.3K FantasyDraft
In one of nine games on a busy Saturday night slate, Duchene and his Predators face off against a Florida team coming in for the second half of a back to back.
Nashville should be seeing Panthers backup goaltender, Sam Montembeault, in place of regular starter Sergei Bobrovsky.
The Preds’ continue leading the league in goals for with over 4 goals a game. 8 of Duchene’s 9 points on the season have come at home. Nashville looks to be in a good spot to keep up their high scoring ways tonight.

Wingers
Evander Kane – SJS vs. (BUF) — $7.3K DraftKings /$14.9K FantasyDraft
After serving a 3 game suspension to start the season, Kane has put up an impressive 4 goals in 4 games on 13 shots.
He’s seeing almost 70% offensive zone starts with line mate Tomas Hertl, whose game has picked up since the return of Kane.
Playing almost 20 minutes a game, he’s being counted on to help drive the offense in San Jose after the departure of Joel Pavelski to Dallas in the off season.
Alex Iafallo – LAK vs (CAL) — $3.5K DraftKings /$7.2K FantasyDraft
Iafallo has been spending time on the Kings top line with Dustin Brown and Anze Kopitar recently. He’s also been averaging just under 18 minutes a game in ice time, seeing both power play and penalty kill duties as well.
The numbers haven’t been great with just 2 points in 7 games, but he’s tied for 7th on the Kings with 18 shots on goal. His 5.6% shooting percentage will change soon.
Given his line mates and playing time, Iafallo is a prime buy low candidate on the slate tonight.
Marcus Johansson – BUF @ (SJS) — $3.7K DraftKings /$7.4K FantasyDraft
The Sabres do not seem to be slowing down, with just one regulation loss so far this season they’re off to a great start. Sitting top 10 in both goals for and goals against, they are playing great hockey under new head coach, Ralph Krueger.
Hidden behind the great start of Jack Eichel, has been the solid play of Marcus Johansson on the second line. He’s put up an impressive 5 points in 8 games, paired with sniper Jeff Skinner on his wing.
He’s a solid play at his price point, up against a Sharks team in the bottom ten for goals allowed.
Defense
Morgan Rielly – TOR vs. (BOS) — $5.9K DraftKings /$12K FantasyDraft
Rielly has picked up right where he left off last season. 9 assists in 8 games to start the year. The addition of Tyson Barrie to the Leafs blue line hasn’t deflated his numbers much.
He’s still searching for his first goal of the year, which is surprising, as the Leafs have been scoring in bunches this year with 3.8 goals for a game.
These 2 teams put up 26 goals combined in 4 regular season games last season — if that trend continues, there should be plenty of offense to go around tonight.
Goalies
Antti Raanta (Probable) – ARZ vs. (OTT) — $8.2K DraftKings /$16.3K FantasyDraft
Raanta will be making his second start of the season and first start at home. After dropping his first decision to the Avalanche by a score of 3-2, where he stopped 29 of 32 shots, he’s looking to get back in the win column.
The Senators team he’s facing is having a hard time scoring goals, with just over 2 goals for a game. To make matters worse, this Arizona team is second in the league with goals allowed, with just under two per game.
Expect a low scoring game with Raanta picking up his first win of the year.
