Our Sportsbooks: The Jayhawks might stub their toe in this game. They have been going gangbusters this year and are obviously one of the top 5 teams in the nation, but the Bears aren’t bad. Baylor has only lost four games straight-up and are okay against the Top Sportsbooks spread.

The Baylor Bears are 3 and 5 against the spread in their last 8 games.
The Baylor Bears are 0 and 3 against the spread in their last 3 games.
The Kansas Jayhawks are 6 and 4 against the spread in their last 10 games.
The Kansas Jayhawks are 3 and 3 against the spread in their last 6 games.
I’m probably giving the Baylor Bears the benefit of the doubt by only predicting a BetUS spread of 10.5 points. The Kansas Jayhawks, by game time, might be favored around 14 or even 16 points in this one. Why? Well, because they are Kansas. Without a doubt, Kansas is a dynamite team. They can score at will, they play great defense, and they are at home.
I can’t remember the last time Kansas lost to Baylor. I can’t remember the last time Baylor even sniffed the Jayhawks in a BetUS against the spread line. But sniff they might tomorrow as the Bears come into this game knowing that they are huge underdogs.
That means that Baylor should be free and easy out there while the Jayhawks will be expected to blow-out the Bears by around 20 points. Now, that is a good likelihood but I have the feeling that Baylor will make this a game a la the Arizona Wildcats on the road against Kansas earlier this season.
Again, Kansas will stub their toe again some time this year. It won’t happen versus a team they are supposed to have trouble with like Texas or Texas A & M. It will come against a team they should dominate like the Baylor Bears.
I can’t recommend Kansas at giving up more than 10.5 BetUS points in this game.
The predicted BetUS NCAA basketball line is Baylor Bears + 10.5 against the spread on the road versus the Kansas Jayhawks.
