Free UFC Fight Night Pick: Johnny Walker +200 vs Jamahal Hill -250 (Bet Now!)
In the main event of this weekends free fight, we’re lucky enough to witness a breathtaking light heavyweight tilt, between two heavy handed foes.
The favorite Jamahal Hill(#12), comes off an impressive knockout of fellow up and comer, Jimmy Crute. However, in his fight prior, he suffered the first loss of his career via TKO.
Regarding the fan favorite, Johnny Walker(#10), he begun his UFC tenure on fire, knocking out his first three opponents. Unfortunately, Walker’s currently walking the tight rope, as he’s only managed to win once in his last four bouts.
MMA Betting Prediction: Walker – TKO
In an unfortunate turn of events for Walker, he’s slipped from contender to pretender, in the eyes of many. That being said, I believe he can/will bounce back, starting this Saturday afternoon.
Reasons being, Hill’s jaw was exposed two fights ago, and was handed his last bout due to a leg injury. In addition, Johnny possesses extreme power and is desperate to get things rolling once again.
Free UFC Fight Night Pick: Jamie Pickett -265 vs Kyle Daukus +215 (Bet Now!)
In a scrap between two fighters headed in opposite directions, can we expect to see an upset, or will the cards fall as they’re supposed to?
In an exciting start, Pickett’s short UFC career began on the very popular Contender Series. Unfortunately, once earning his contract to the UFC, he suffered back to back losses.
However, he’s been dominant in almost every round since, winning his last two fights in the process.
Regarding Daukus, he’s only managed to win once since his debut in the UFC, losing twice and a no contest in the other. That being said, desperate people go to desperate measures, and he’s arguably on the brink of termination by his employer.
MMA Prediction: Pickett – TKO
All things considered, Kyle’s desperation shouldn’t overcome the skill difference between these two. We’re siding with Pickett to knockout Daukus within three rounds.
Free UFC Fight Night Pick: Parker Porter -275 vs Alan Baudot +220 (Bet Now!)
A true veteran of the sport, who also took a significant time away, is now back with vengeance. Parker Porter started his career in 2007, going 2-0 until meeting the eventual goat of MMA, Jon “Bones” Jones.
Unfortunately, Parker suffered multiple defeats up until retiring in 2013, but shockingly revived his career, going 6-2 since his resurgence.
On the flip, Alan Baudot has yet to win a fight in the UFC. For substance, Alan was knocked out cold against Tom Aspinall, in his debut. Following this fight, his second resulted in a dissapointing no contest.
Moreover, Baudot’s a rookie to the sport in comparison to Porter, and has been knocked out in both of his losses.
MMA Prediction: Porter – TKO
While dogs are more live in MMA than any other sport, we have to side with the veteran in this matchup. His experience should overcome Baudot’s knockout power, and Porter has the greater potential to land the knockout blow in this fight.
