It’s a big Western Conference showdown on Saturday afternoon at Century Link Field. The LA Galaxy are in town to take on the Seattle Sounders.

The last time these two teams played the game ended in a 1-1 draw.

LA Galaxy

The LA Galaxy really need a victory as they fight for a playoff spot and although they have been getting draws as of late they need the three points.

They come into this game having drawn each of the last two games and in their last game they really had no issue making it a draw against Minnesota United.

They were the better team but the defense stopped playing at key times and it led Minnesota United to scoring two goals.

In this game they can’t have the defensive collapses.

Seattle Sounders

On the other side of this matchup is the Seattle Sounders who got off to a slow start but they have really turned it around as of late.

They come into this game having won five games in a row and a big reason has been how well they have locked down opposing teams.
Check out the free sports picks from Cappers Picks experts today!
In the last five games they have only given up three goals total and that will need to continue in this game if they want a chance at a win.
