A PAC 12 showdown in Pullman, Washington takes place Saturday afternoon when the Stanford Cardinal come into town and face off with the Cougars of Washington State.
The Stanford Cardinal are looking to keep the momentum going as they have been winners of the last six straight and would be an undefeated team if it weren’t for the opening game debacle against Northwestern.

The Stanford team has one of the most high-powered offenses in the league, with dynamic running back/ receiver Christian McCaffrey doing just about everything for them in the first 7 games of the season, rushing for nearly 1000 yards and adding almost 300 yards receiving which makes him the leader on the team in both categories.
McCaffrey is definitely a star on this Stanford team, but the engine wouldn’t go without Senior QB Kevin Hogan, the now experienced leader that has had a career high 66.7% of his passes completed with 14 touchdowns on record thus far is really propelling this Stanford team to new heights being the #8 team in the country and one of the hottest teams in college football.

Washington State Cougars
Washington State and Pullman should just be absolutely nuts this Saturday, if you have never been to Pullman on Halloween I strongly suggest you put it on your bucket list because this town goes all out.
On the football side though, this should be one of the most electric games they have played all year at Martin Stadium With the Mike Leach air raid in full effect this game should see a lot of points on the board in a quick hurry.
The sophomore QB Luke Falk has passed for almost 3000(!!!) yards through 7 games and added 26 TD’s through the air as well.
Making him one of the nations passing leaders in both categories.
With a good Stanford defense they are facing you would think that the Cardinal have the air raid pretty well covered, I am looking for a big upset in Pullman this weekend and I am calling it right now.
Mike Leach is an offensive genius and although the Cougar defense will most definitely give up a bunch of points this weekend the crowd will play a huge factor in this one.
