Two teams from the ACC will be facing off when the Syracuse Orange visit the Louisville Cardinals.
Syracuse is coming off of a bye week and Louisville is coming off of a loss.
The Orange opened up as 1.5 point favorites and that number has been bet up to 3. The total has gone from 53 to 55.5.
Syracuse has not been a great team this year, but they have been competitive in a lot of their games. This has been a very good team ATS so far.
This team last played on October 30th when they beat the Boston College Eagles by a score of 21-6. It was nothing pretty, but they did enough to earn the victory which is the most important thing.
In the win over BC, Garrett Shrader was not very effective. He was 5/14 for 65 yards. He will look to be much better in this game against the Cardinals.
When the Orange last played, it was all about the running game. Sean Tucker had 26 carries for 207 yards and a touchdown run. Shrader also ran the ball 16 times for 78 yards. The offense will look to be more balanced when they play this week.
This defense has looked good at times and they have also gotten shredded. You never quite know what version you are going to see. They will have their hands full when they have to go against a very good offense in Louisville.
Louisville has not been an impressive team so far this year. A lot of people thought they would be playing better than they are right about now. They just have not been able to consistently win games in 2021.
The Cardinals dropped last week to the Clemson Tigers by a score of 30-24. They had their chances to win the ball game, but they just fell short.
Malik Cunningham was 12/20 for 174 yards last week. He was also the leading rusher with 22 carries for 134 yards. I am not sure if he will be asked to run it that many times against the Orange, but I am sure he will be a key part of the running game.
I thought the offense looked pretty good last week against a good defense in Clemson. Even though it was not a ton of points, putting up 24 points against the Tigers is no easy thing to do.
To me, this defense has been better than it has been in past years. I would not say that it is great, but it certainly is an improvement from past defenses. They will have their hands full on Saturday when they try and stop the explosive running back, Sean Tucker.

Free Week 11 NCAA Football Pick
This may not feature two of the best teams in the ACC, but I think it will make for a good one.
I like Syracuse at +3 here.
4* Free Week 11 NCAA Betting Pick:
Say what you want, but you cannot ignore how good this Orange team has been against the spread this year. If you like them at +3, I would shop around and see if you can get a +3.5.
I do feel Louisville is the better team here and I like the fact that they are playing at home. With all of that said, I feel that the Orange can keep this game close because I ultimately do not feel that the Cardinals are a much better team than the Orange. I feel the gap is closer than some people might think.
I can see this being a back-and-forth type of game. I look for both offenses to have success moving the ball up and down the field, but I see the Cardinals being a little too much for the Orange to handle when all is said and done.
Give me the Orange at +3 in this one.
