The Washington Huskies lost a heartbreaker last week against Boise State. With seconds left, kicker Cameron Van Winkle kicked the ball just inches outside of the right upright and ended the comeback by the Huskies.
Not many teams take such a competitive game to start their season, especially with as many first time starters the team is featuring.

Sacramento State had an impressive opening victory against Eastern Oregon, the 13th ranked team in the NAIA. They did especially well in run defense, which could prove useful in this game.

Free Week 2 NCAA Football Prediction
While the Huskies have had a history of complications with smaller teams, this one should not be complicated at all. Even with a young team, they were much more solid all around than most people expected.
4* Free NCAA Betting Pick: Sacramento State +31.5
This one has the potential to be a big blowout, but the young and inexperienced Huskies will have a hard time piling on the points, even on an FCS school.
