Off one of their biggest wins in program history, the Toledo Rockets welcome in another power conference team in the Iowa State Cyclones on Saturday night.
Toledo went in to Arkansas and knocked off the Razorbacks 16-12 in a defensive struggle as 23 point underdogs.
Iowa State didn’t fair so well in Week 2 as they fell to arch rival Iowa 31-17.
Iowa State will try to rebound and avoid allowing Toledo to move to 2-0 with two impressive wins against top conference foes.

The Cyclones know all about the Toledo Rockets and their stingy play. Iowa State welcomed in Toledo to their home stadium last season and notched an extremely hard fought 37-30 win.
QB Sam Richardson was the main reason for defeating the Rockets last year as he went for 351 yards and 3 touchdowns.
However, he hasn’t faired that well this year as Richardson has failed to get to 250 yards in either game.

The Rockets have made quite the name for themselves just 1 game into the season for them. After their opening game got cancelled due to weather, the Rockets showed no rust, especially defensively in one of their biggest wins in program history.
Coming in as 23 point underdogs, the Rockets won outright against the Razorbacks 16-12.
The Rockets win over the Razorbacks was a monumental win in the aspect as they struggled last season against the Power 5 conferences. In 2014, they allowed an average of 48 points in 3 losses.
Toledo did allow 412 passing yards against them last Saturday, but their defense never broke down. Arkansas found the red zone 4 times in the 2nd half, but the Rockets defense held them to just 3 points.
A win on Saturday for Toledo would mark the first time in school history that they have defeated two Power 5 conference opponents in 1 season.
